But then with complications with the portal/catheter placed in my spouse's body to get the dialysis process to work we had to go to a surgical center multiple times to get replaced. Then in June 2025 we had to go to Riverside hospital multiple times to place an alternative portal for dialysis in my spouse's body. Owners Dean & Aiesha Bonsu of Bolt Medical Transportation have come to our rescue in a BIG WAY to provide transportation for all these medical appts/sessions as early as 6 AM in the morning and many different times during the day. Their dedication for their handling of my spouse in their wheelchair each trip is SECOND TO NONE. Their attitude & care in this service is also SECOND TO NONE. We have no "backup plan" for a different service with a handicap accessible wheelchair vehicle so whether texting or calling Dean to arrange a pickup from home to a medical appt and/or contacting Dean for the different length of these appts is no problem to make us wait for an extended period of time. This is a very PROFESSIONAL SERVICE and I would recommend their service to anyone that needs this type of transportation.

A very, very bad experience…read more It honestly felt like all they cared about was taking my money. I went there because I was having kidney pain. At the front desk, I told them I thought I might have a kidney stone and explained my symptoms in detail. When I saw the doctor, she basically told me the exact same thing: "I think you have a kidney stone." X-ray? Not available. Ultrasound? Not available. I asked her, "Then what exactly did I pay for?" She told me, "For me to see you." I asked for a urine test, and they wanted another $40. I said fine, no problem, and paid for it. After the urine test was done, I asked for my results. They told me they could only give me the report because their system wouldn't allow them to give me the actual test results. It really feels like this place is only interested in taking people's money. They don't want to do the work, make an effort, or actually help the patient. My rating: ZERO

My son (is 24 and has insurance…read more- just not a doctor) has gone to them for everything for the last 4 years, he says that they ARE his doctor. He has been diagnosed and treated for everything from sinusitis, flue, sinus infection, Covid, fatty liver disease and a severe meniscus tear (which required surgery). Last week I took my husband there for severe lower abdomen pain and they immediately said he needed to go to a hospital and called an ambulance for him. They were taking him to Riverside, but Riverside had no availability, so he was being transported to Dublin Methodist. The front desk gal was so nice to call me and inform me of the location change. My husband ends up needing Emergency surgery! While he was still in recovery the doctor from Scioto Urgent Care called to see how he was doing and what the diagnosis was! You CAN"T get customer service like that from a large hospital and I highly recommend this location for any ailment you have -- They truly care and are excellent health care professionals who are exceptional in the field!!
