The customer service is consistently disappointing. Staff rarely makes eye contact, there is little to no acknowledgment when customers enter the store, and basic courtesies such as greeting customers or providing updates on wait times are completely absent. It is extremely inefficient and disorganized. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.

We had just replaced my wife's Specialized bike (had to go into the U.S. to find exactly the same bike) that was stolen so I wanted to "keep up" with a new bike of my own. One of the sales staff, Derry, was really helpful and being a serious rider himself, was able to find me a Specialized bike that was exactly what I was looking for. We have been back in a number of times to get outfitted and all the staff at the store we have talked to, like Ryan, are all serious riders and very helpful and enthusiastic. Great experience!

It is parallel street parking here - I don't think anyone pays if they're in/out. Lockdown procedure here is 1 customer at a time, with masks, and entrance area is roped off. Once you enter, an employee will greet you, grab the stuff you're looking for, and you go from there. So unfortunately, there's no real browsing. It's a better experience if you know what you want! My first experience here was pretty positive and efficient as I already knew the accessories (bell, bottle cage) that I needed and wasn't being super picky about them. The girl who helped me was friendly and she even came out to my car to determine whether or not my existing bottle cage was broken, it was. Prior to driving out here, I was on their website and apparently, IF you buy a new bike here, you get free tuneups - not free flat/chain fixing - FOR LIFE! That's a pretty good incentive if this store happens to carry the bike that you're looking for.

From the start, their custom service was outhandling. We rented the one bike for three hours (the half day rental) and we were a bit concerned that we might not be back within the three hour period because we wanted to ride as far as the falls. They said not to worry about being late with the return if needed, they are lenient. We also asked them if we could borrow a hex key to raise the handlebars on my bike. A short time later, not only did someone came out to the parking lot with a hex torque wrench, but he also made the adjustments to my handlebars. However, he found that after raising the handlebars, the brake cables would no longer reach, so we took the bike into the shop and two people started working on setting up my front brakes. After they finished, they said that the work would be no charge because we rented a bike from them, but I asked them how much this adjustment would have cost. They said about five dollars, which I thought was very reasonable. So, on my insistence, I paid the five dollars anyway because they deserved it for demonstrating good customer service, in going out of their way, and for the time they spent to adjust my bike. In addition to their excellent customer service, the bike that we rented was in excellent shape and very well maintained. The bike was a Trek hybrid bike and cost $20.00 for the three hours (we returned it on time, so we didn't test their leniency after all).

I am a proud Fauxleton owner which means I purchased a used spin bike and use it in conjunction with the Peloton app (DM me about this because it's a great hack for someone how wants to be part of the Pelo Fam without the hefty price tag!). The bike I purchased came with cage pedals which means you can use regular running shoes that slide in to a cage to keep your feet in place. Now for someone with minimal spinning experience, this was fine for me at first. But as I did more research on the benefits of spin and started taking it more seriously, I determined it was time to upgrade the pedals to clip ins. I am lucky to have a friend that was able to recommend not only Cyclepath but also the specific pedals I needed. I wanted dual SPD's so that I could clip in on one side, but that someone without cleats could use the bike on the other side. Cyclepath has developed an online shopping experience during COVID and offered curbside pick up. The pedals were in stock, and comparably at a decent price. I ordered them online and they were ready for pickup a few days later. The pedals were exactly as described, easy to install, and have worked wonderfully for me! I hope to shop inside Cyclepath one day and get lost in all things cycling.
