The roommate's appointment was for a tooth extraction. Dr. Brotherton does not employ a dental hygenist. He did the cleaning himself. I am 66 and this was the first time the dentist did the cleaning. The cleaning was cursory at best. I will not be returning to his office. The roommate fared FAR worse. After being sat in the dental chair, a full hour after his appointment start time, he was told that there was not time to complete the extraction due to a scheduling error. We were offered and had no choice but to accept a 2:00 pm time slot to complete the extraction. The 10:20 am appointment was completed at 2:23 pm without apology or discount. The extraction is still bleeding at 7:02 pm. We will both be seeking a different dentist for future care.

He answers all my questions and I ask a lot of questions. I've always been told the price because the assistants look up my insurance and know exactly what I will pay. A girl came In and said something about X-rays... she took X-rays and then looked at me and said ok you can leave. I was confused. And asked about my consult. She said oh we will discuss that on your next visit. I said consult is two visits??? She kinda didn't know what to say. So now I'm charged for a literal 5 min visit.
