Absolutely horrible!! Staff doesn't care about their patients and I was treated like an animal!! I…read morewas checked in because I tried to KILL MYSELF and the staff laughed at me and locked me in a room with a camera. I asked for a glass of water and was met with cold, unemotional eyes. I wasn't getting the one thing that is a human right (water) and my parents weren't allowed to see me. I won't lie, I did freak out a bit but then administering the shot that would "calm me down" (make me pass out for 6+ hours while GOD KNOWS what was happening to me) the security officer had his knee on my neck choking me. When I tried to scream "I can't breathe!!" (because I am a 115 lb woman) he started laughing. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Given the fact that I literally tried to kill myself I thought it would buy me some empathy but I couldn't even get a glass of water. Horrible.

I made appointments for myself and the roommate. Our appointments were at 10:20 am. My appointment…read morewas for establishing care and a routine cleaning. The roommate's appointment was for a tooth extraction. Dr. Brotherton does not employ a dental hygenist. He did the cleaning himself. I am 66 and this was the first time the dentist did the cleaning. The cleaning was cursory at best. I will not be returning to his office. The roommate fared FAR worse. After being sat in the dental chair, a full hour after his appointment start time, he was told that there was not time to complete the extraction due to a scheduling error. We were offered and had no choice but to accept a 2:00 pm time slot to complete the extraction. The 10:20 am appointment was completed at 2:23 pm without apology or discount. The extraction is still bleeding at 7:02 pm. We will both be seeking a different dentist for future care.

He answers all my questions and I ask a lot of questions. I've always been told the price because the assistants look up my insurance and know exactly what I will pay. It is easy to get an appointment, and I feel he charges less from other dentists I've had.
