Never receive any further follow up from EJF. They state the vender hasn't responded. We'll get another vender who will respond! There is limited feedback if any from EJF. I sited a request in April 2026. Reminded them several times since then. All I want is some duplicate keys! it's now almost August 2026. I have no status update from Beth at EJF I'm pretty fed up with the lack of management, openness, follow through, degree of detail in all communication, and lack of proper closure.... as management company they should continuously advise as what is the present status and next steps might be and what next steps are recommended. I'm totally down on their ability to do the job and shine at it.

As a prospective renter, my experience was very poor. The man who showed me the apartment I was…read moreinterested in was very nice, but didn't know much about the property or me (he was waiting in a different unit than the one I wanted to see because he got mixed up). That would have been fine. But what really annoyed me was the application process. The management is not familiar with more modern ways to verify employment and income (such as third party service) and insisted on unredacted pay stubs - which is much less secure. The interaction as we went back and forth was rude and reminded me of scammers trying to get one to divulge information urgently (because so many people are interested in the apartment!) at the cost of better judgement. In trying to get more information from me they cited their "policies" but being unable to articulate why their policy insists on having the information I didn't want to share (like my pre-tax deductions) This conversation was not with some mid-level employee but what seemed to be the owner. I should hope he could articulate the reasoning behind his own policy! To me, this company clearly orients themselves to customer service of property owners, not renters. Which fair enough, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. To the reader/renter: Don't let these people bully you!
