I was nervous, and shy and would not have asked for half of the 'punch-list' items on the inspector list...suck it up and wait until after closing to fix it would have been my motto, especially in this crazy competitive market. But Lisa stuck up for me; her approach was solid and she was unwavering...right down to re-inspection of the home by a structural engineer hours before closing. When it was all over, the seller's agent was dumbfounded; he had no idea what had hit him. Lisa is what had hit him. Always polite. Exceptionally respectful. Consummate professional. That's Lisa.
