No answer, no returned call. Again I decided to drop by the store, it's closed. I have now been by this place twice during listed working hours and it's locked up. There's a sketchy white logo van in the lot with 4 flat tires, so interpret that how you like. I have no idea if the shop does good work because they did nothing for me. But they don't return calls. They don't keep business hours. Buyer beware.

The last time we had a windshield replaced, over a year ago, at the closest location, the cost was about $200 more! We don't know why, but we are satisfied with the cost of this windshield and how good it looks. We highly recommend this location. Traveling daily on the Veterans Expressway has caused 3 windshield cracks in the past 5 years. The…read morefirst two times I went with someone my insurance company recommended - and had bad experiences with both. This time, I found a company Yelp recommended, went to the them first and got a written quote, then submitted it to my insurance company for approval. My insurance company approved the quote in a day, and by the next week I had the check to cover the entire cost of the replacement. Then I called Mike's to schedule the repair. I had to put a deposit down first, which I was expecting. NOTE: they charge a fee when you pay by credit card, so use check or debit card if you don't want to pay any money out of pocket for the repair. Day of the repair my car was taken back right away while I waited in their small, but clean, waiting room. It took about an hour and half. I loved that at the end I got a report showing all the calibrations were done, and my new windshield passed. I would definitely use Mike's Auto Glass again.
