So pleased with Wesley Chapel Auto Glass. I made the best decision to select them for my windshield…read morereplacement. It was a holiday weekend. And I was frustrated. So I went through my insurance and decided to select a business on my own instead of the one they suggested. I did a Google search and found this place. Spoke with Aaron Sunday afternoon. Set appointment. Left the conversation completely satisfied. Because yesterday was Memorial Day I had to wait until today. Chris reached out and provided an ETA. He then called back and asked if he could come sooner. I said absolutely!! He showed up. Introduced himself and got right to work. Chris was very efficient and worked hard to get the windshield replaced in the timeframe that he stated. I watched him work from my office window. He's Good!! I am so glad this part is over. And I am very appreciative of Wesley Chapel Auto Glass for a job well done.

I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

I was very patient and followed up about once a week for several weeks. The first couple of times, I was told or given the impression that someone would be coming out, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. What's most frustrating is that they knew the windshield was leaking every time it rained, yet weeks went by without anyone coming to fix the issue or even responding to my messages. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to make it right before leaving this review. I would have been completely satisfied if they had simply followed through and fixed the leak.

They took the time to explain my options and recommended a nearly clear ceramic full windshield tint with a very light blue hue that still maintains great visibility. The difference was noticeable right away. The inside of my SUV stays much cooler I'd estimate 10-15 degrees cooler which makes driving in the Florida heat much more comfortable. The entire service only took about two hours. While I was there, I also saw them doing headlight tinting and matte color body wraps. The workmanship looked incredible. A body wrap seems like a great alternative to a full paint job since it gives your vehicle a completely different look without being permanent.
