**THOSE PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE** I went to pawn some items. On the shelf there were a small set of what looked like desktop music speakers. 3 PlayStations, spread wide to look like a lot. Instruments that WERE NOT in good shape. It looked like a thrift store than a pawn shop. There were barely any instruments. I had items that looked better than every thing he had on that wall, and he declined, again It looks sparse in there, like they need any instrument or something on the shelf...there were barely products. I have been coming here for a lot of years and today when I went to pick up my jewelry I was trying to pay with my chime card and it went through my credit builder so I told him to try again because i used the wrong one so I used my debit card and my pin wasn't going through so I tried to by pass it and so I told him to give me a second to add another pin to my card. He got mad and said I was trying to scam them witch offended me because first of all how I'm I gonna scam using my debit card. So I gave him the same attitude which he thought I wouldn't get loud with him. I asked for his supervisor number and he's like I'm management here. I told him to give me my belongings that I will never come here again. It's not okay for someone that is managing this place to call someone a scam especially if I've been a customer for a very long time! read more

I go in here all the time they take pretty much anything reasonable unlike the other pawn shops around town. these guys are fair and help me out of binds all the time. and pay fair prices on gold. They are a pawn shop so u should just expect your not gonna get top dollar for your stuff or how would they make any money. usually give u about 30% of the value on most items which is cool,, so its easier too get back your items. remember everyone this place is for short term personal loans.. shouldn't knock em on yelp because they wouldn't pay top dollar for your item you think is worth millions BC its yours remember aghain they hear thge same shit all day long from people ill come get it back tomorrow or at end of the week and never do leaving them stuck with your junk. read more

It says everywhere open, outside, inside , yet some man counting cash refuses to even tell me why now at 4:55pm he won't open the door or even tell me why he won't (maybe a shift change who knows). I came in looking to pawn my Xbox and games for some cash that I needed. In order for them to accept the Xbox however they need all the cables available and one controller. Which I actually expected to pawn as well. There offering price was $20. I thought this was a joke! $20 for a console and a controller!? I got more money for games that were years old. I asked them how much my Michael Kors watch was values at and the most they could offer was $45, which is insane since the watch was roughly $175. I wouldn't have been as upset until I actually looked around and saw what they were selling. They were selling the exact same Xbox I had pawned for $199.99. Remind you this is the 1st generation console. They sell things at retail price but offer you not even a quarter of what it's really worth. Customer service was decent first time but when I came back to receive my things two employees were clearly arguing while another had no clue I had entered the store, as he was stuck watching the news. The only smart thing about this pawn shop is to avoid it if you don't want to get ripped off. read more

Make sure you pick up your item as soon as you can. I was about 10 days past the grace period. I was told its too late to pick up my item even though it was still there. I offered to pay a late fee, but it didn't matter. Any other shop would have worked with me. But not these guys. Never going back again. read more
