Our camper has been broken into twice since we have had our camper stored here. We had over $500 worth of stuff stolen out of our storage compartments the first time and now today we had our door cut open right in the middle of it so they could reach in and unlock it. Before the move, they called to review everything and confirm the date and time. The day of the move, they showed up on time, and every single mover (Ty, Deandre, and Johnathan) was kind and helpful. They took care with our belongings, and ensured there was no damage to our stuff. Not only did the manager Brian call during the move to ensure everything was going smoothly, he even showed up and helped. I was extremely impressed with the level of service we received. I had to call in to do so. That makes the web page a little inconvenient. I want to add that the upload speed was slow, and the approval process was slow too. As for the check-out experience: 1. There should be signs on the tent to park vehicles under the tent when returning. Signs should not say "equipment returns" only, but "equipment and vehicle returns". 2. I followed the website to park my vehicle in the parking lot, and was going through the steps to notate the gas levels, odometer, and cleanliness. The last step was to lock the key in the back, and a worker came up to tell me to repark under the tent, and leave the key and lock in the cup holder. I have no issues following the directions, but the website and workers are countering each other. Who am I supposed to follow? It's not supposed to be confusing. I think they need more signage, and clear up some confusions.

They don't tell you that your rate is "internet special" or "limited promo period" in person. They just double your rate and then throw excuses at you. If you complain then they say they'll negotiate, but only take half of the increase off. And that will only be for one month. They say that since it is a monthly only, they can change it anytime they want. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will wait until you're settled and then jack up the rates. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU.
