She goes above and beyond to ensure patients and parents are taken care of properly. She will make follow up phone calls if there are any additonal concerns or hospitalizations,she is also one of the rare physicians to answer the phone no matter when you call her she is always available including weekends.I personally recently had a new baby girl who had reflux and colic issues it was a hard time but Dr. Aparna was able to make right diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment and the most important she was able to ease my concerns, It meant the world to me!I really can't thank her enough, such a loving lady, She is knowledgeable, up to date on health information and very easy to talk to! I got a cream which has been helping the rash I came in for but he told me I would need to use it twice a day for two weeks but the cream I received was not enough. I called back to ask if I could be sent more of the cream to follow his treatment plan of twice a day and then if it did not improve go see dermatology. The representatives on the phone told me the same provider was not at the location today and the current provider did not feel comfortable sending more cream in which I understand. I asked if a message could be sent directly to Paul Saby but instead the "nurse" who could relay message had a condescending attitude and told me they had connected me to her since I didn't want to accept the initial explanation from the first representative. I was not asking for a refill for the cream, I simply wanted to follow the treatment plan of using the cream twice a day for two weeks and I knew I would need more cream to finish out the two weeks especially since the cream is working.

Now al of the doctors are female. Most of my visits in recent years have been with Dr. Iyoyo. She is wonderful. We always have great conversation while she is doing my yearly exam and I never feel like she is rushing through the exam. But she also values my time and is efficient. Other times I have come in to see Dr. Yolanda Smith. I would highly recommend both of them.

We were aware that this would be a limited check. And Michelle was extremely GROSS and visibly upset. Jill Overcash in particular is the best physicians I have ever met in any specialty. She is consistently up to date on the latest studies which is less common than you would think. She and the other doctors are very warm and kind towards the children, very evidence-based, and very adaptable to your child and their particular needs. They don't go overboard throwing medicine at your kids, but when they do prescribe something it is very carefully considered and tailored for your child. They did a great job with our kids when they were babies and now that they are 7 and 4 they are adapting to them as they grow up and face different health issues. Our family has been sick a lot each winter and they have always been very helpful. I can't say enough about their practice. The only downside I can come up with is just be on time. They run a tight ship and if you are more than a few minutes late you'll get rescheduled. It's for the collective good but it's frustrating when it happens. We drive from Decatur to see them and it's well worth it!

I've NEVER had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room & am (normally) seen the same day if my child is sick & they have open availability. You can tell this establishment does not over / double book their patients. In the two years we have been coming, I've never seen more then 2 other patients, besides myself, in the waiting room. We have seen Dr.Overcash for all of my daughters well checks. She is so attentive, has a calm voice, full of patience & a passionate bedside manner. My daughter use to scream & cry EVERY single visit, she was THAT child you could hear from 3 doors down. Now, she sits there quietly, listens well & has 0 tears. I appreciate the amount of time Dr.Overcash spends with her patients & their parents. She wants you to understand throughly & takes the time to explain any & everything you bring forward. For anyone who is upset with "long wait times"...understand that these doctors are dedicated to your child's care & make sure you have what you need before you walk out the door. Be thankful to part of an establishment that still has the mentality of quality over quantity!
