From the initial visit, they were prompt, courteous, professional, and very thorough. They took the time to evaluate the entire system and made sure everything was working properly. A couple of weeks ago, as temperatures started warming up, I noticed a couple brown spots developing in the lawn. I gave Sunrise Sprinkler a call, and they quickly came back out to take another look. Not only did they make the necessary adjustments, but they also replaced a faulty rotor at no charge (I already had the replacement sprinkler). What really impressed me was their commitment to standing behind their work. It's one thing to provide good service the first time, but it's another to respond promptly and make things right without hesitation. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Sunrise Sprinkler to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and dependable irrigation service.

They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I also appreciated that he used quality parts and didn't cut corners while still keeping the price very fair and reasonable for the amount of work that was done. He showed up and replaced one valve and added cement to pipe to stop leak. We weren't around to watch his work or to lead him by the hand. Leak continued so we called him back. Explained to do whatever he needed to do to fix the problem - he became defensive and said that the valve he fixed wasn't leaking. We explained that we understood that, but hired him to stop the leak completely, not just a valve. He replaced a 2nd valve and said a 3rd could be replaced, but he didn't do it. Again we couldnt be around to watch him or check on his progress. My husband told him to return asap to replace 3rd valve (that he should have gone ahead and replaced) said he would. Hasn't returned and not answering our calls. Almost $500 and still have the same problem. It's like he's guessing at what the problem might be.
