I wasn't sure who to talk to about my vehicle, and somehow my ticket was lost, so I wasn't informed that my truck was done. After a while, I figured "it has to be done by now," and sure enough, it was sitting there in the lot completed. It had probably been finished for 30 minutes or more, but no one told me--I had to ask. So, all in all, quality work on the vehicle, fair price, but a little chaotic and disorganized.

About an hour…read morelater, I received a phone call from a technician at Welch Nissan asking me to bring my vehicle back ASAP.The reason being that they didn't put enough oil in my vehicle .I told the technician to give me 30 minutes and I'll come back.The vehicle that got the oil change was at home cause i switched out to my work truck after the oil change.I return home about 20 minutes later to get the vehicle and take it back ,before starting it I checked the oil and no oil was on the deep stick I drove my work instead .When I made it to Welch Nissan I ask for the shop manager and informed him of the problem.We had a few unpleasant words for each other because he tried to convince me it wasn't a big deal to drive on 2 1/2 qts low on oil .His final statements I couldn't believe!!! he said I was a new customer and my vehicle was six years old ,that I might had engine problems before I came for a oil change and the most disrespectful thing he said ,I was there trying to get something I didn't report a problem with my vehicle, they called me, and I know driving an engine on low oil can cause problems. I'm not sure if i have any engine trouble yet. At that point, I called the police and made a report while the officer was taking my report he repeated what he said to me in front of everyone, including the owner. Let me make this clear I'm not a new customer at welch Nissan they have been serving all three of my vehicles for six year and including the body repair shop.But it shouldn't matter if I'm a new customer or not, professional high quality service should be provided to everyone that walks through the the door.

When I arrived to pick it up, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS FIXED!!! I chose to carry my 3 month old truck with 6000 miles to another dealership and trade it off. Yes i lost a few thousand dollars, but my sanity is intact. I will not be guilty of doing business here again.

Husband bought a used truck that had engine issues and he had to bring it back many times and they still never fixed it right. What did they even do to make it look "fixed"? The mechanics manager doesn't even know what he is doing, is he even qualified? We later found out from other people that this guy really doesn't know what he's doing, no one works on things in a timely manner. Once you buy a vehicle from them they just act like they want you to go away. We will never return to this place for repairs, not even an oil change, and will never buy a car from them again. It's embarrassing to see commercials promoting the "great history" of the Smart family business on TV. The family founders of this dealership would be very disappointed to hear just how terrible the service is of this business. (We are very knowledgeable about repairing our own vehicles, we know if someone is lying to us, I am even in sales and I know BS when I hear it. We have since taken our vehicle to another credible business for repair.)
