Inconsistent cleaning and drying. A bit overpriced. It seems they change workers often which may contribute to the issues.

I like that I can get my oil changed and the truck washed and cleaned up at one spot. Very nice folks work here. I believe the value is comparable to others that just do oil change. Good value. Been here many times. Clean waiting room and restrooms. Men and women restrooms. read more

I took my car there on Saturday with no appointment. The car wash and vacuum was fast. The only issue was that I had sap on my car from trees. I mentioned it and they said they would do the best they can on it. It's a lot better than it was but still a bit of sap on the top. read more

I have three daughters in college...every time they come home they need an oil change and a car wash!! Scallions is my go to for this service. And the people there are great, even when I forget I have a vehicle there and they close in 15 minutes. read more

My husband went to Scallion's for an oil change and car wash with inside cleaning. The wash and vacuum are free with an oil change. They charged in excess of $118! Their reason was his 2017 GMC truck used 8 quarts of oil. My husband told them the dealership only charged around $65. Scallion's people told him that was because Smart Auto Group uses "recycled" oil. My husband called Smart's and told them what Scallion's said. Now we know the owners and quiet a few employees at Smart's. They were dumbfounded at Scallion's accusations. Needless to say, Smart's does not use recycled oil. We will NEVER go back to Scallion's eve though we've gone there for years!! read more

brought my truck in to have a new radiator support installed and told a quote price he even looked…read moreit over and said it would be 2 days, flash forward to day 4 and the entire quote changed because he didn't know the radiator support needed to be welded in even though I supplied a brand new radiator support. he then suggests to let his guys bend everything back into position and it would cost significantly less and be done the following day. picked up my truck, from the outside everything looked ok but it was because his workers bolted the grille on the side that wasn't bent meaning I only had 2 of 4 bolts holding it in and this was done all because they didn't even touch the old radiator support. he now won't even return a phone call to explain why they are ripping me off and all I want is a refund shitty quality, meaning shitty value, meaning service needs to be done at a reputable shop because this apparently isn't one
