Original owner did not tell me he had sold the business when I made my purchase and new owners did not treat me with any integrity. They do not understand the meaning of good customer service, follow-thru on installations, nor return phone calls. I paid $20K for a complete home theatre system in my home and upgraded Wi-Fi including wiring. To date, I have non-functional speakers in my MBR and LR, and my Sonos wireless system needs to be rebooted every week or two. They also insist that they did not sell me enough Ports to support the speakers that I have installed, and I need to purchase another one. They wanted to charge me higher than manufacturer's suggested retail price for the product after the initial sale. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. THESE GUYS WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!

I visit my parents often and they had specialty electronics do some custom work for their second living room (or whatever it's called) and for the pool area tv/sound system. I don't know what to say except that it came out awesome! I've never seen a tv that hides into the furniture and just rolls up out of nowhere! And it's a 65 in TV!!! The sound system is amazing with none of the wires being visible, you barely notice the speakers are even there until you turn up the volume. I can't wait to get my own home so I can call specialty electronics to do some work on my future man cave! I would suggest this company for anybody looking for some really great, high quality work. They can really surprise you with the solutions and ideas they come up with!
