It's nice to be able to access commercial grade products that will actually withstand dogs and multiple kids that are careless about dropping things and attempting to scratch the floors with everything they do. We got Atroguard floors. We love the natural look and feel of wood with the improved quality, and durability. The owner, actually guided our difficult project and personally installed the flooring around our incredibly irregular stone fireplace. It was definitely a custom project! They were gracious enough to let us pick and choose what parts of the project we needed the most help with. I therefore saved more and did a lot of the demo myself, since I enjoy it. They did a fantastic job with the removal of some extra sub-floor that was glued and screwed down and they also took care of all of the install. Everyone we interacted with from this business was professional, friendly, skilled, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I was able to take samples home and I left my email and phone number with an associate for prices on the samples. 2 weeks..no call, no email. We reached out by email at the beginning of July to check on status since we had not heard anything. The email reply from Victoria said our garage door had not shipped yet from manufacturer, but would in the next couple of weeks and they would contact us to install door soon. We called them again at the beginning August after not hearing from them for a month and they said the door had still not shipped and would be shipping on August 10. So they scheduled installation for August 31. Will we actually get a garage door in before the snow flies? It remains to be seen. We will never be using Door Tech again and we would never recommend them to anyone. Communication is the most important part of running a good business.
