Got to the point the door wouldn't budge in its tracks despite being 1' from the ground. Our handyman called them since these problems came to light after just a few months after installation. They would not warranty it. They wanted $500 to repair it after they charged about $4K for the door and installation. I wish I could post pictures. THey would show the cable coming off the winding gear and wrapping around the main door rod. Just incredibly shoddy work. Stay away at all costs. * No complaints about the handy man. He went to bat for us against Alaska Door. And I have no issue with him sub contracting with the door company either. That's done all the time.

We got Atroguard floors. We love the natural look and feel of wood with the improved quality, and durability. The owner, actually guided our difficult project and personally installed the flooring around our incredibly irregular stone fireplace. It was definitely a custom project! They were gracious enough to let us pick and choose what parts of the project we needed the most help with. I therefore saved more and did a lot of the demo myself, since I enjoy it. They did a fantastic job with the removal of some extra sub-floor that was glued and screwed down and they also took care of all of the install.
