Then they nailed down a time, the owner said he would be there. He came, fixed it, and then after saying NO CHARGE he charged him 400$. The best is that due to the INCORRECT way these EMPLOYEES who the owner said were "new and untrained" installed our doors is why we were having issues. The springs were on the wrong side, and other issues. Absolutely the worst company. The owner, actually guided our difficult project and personally installed the flooring around our incredibly irregular stone fireplace. It was definitely a custom project! They were gracious enough to let us pick and choose what parts of the project we needed the most help with. I therefore saved more and did a lot of the demo myself, since I enjoy it. They did a fantastic job with the removal of some extra sub-floor that was glued and screwed down and they also took care of all of the install.
