I admit, I am a difficult customer when it comes to my truck - I don't know much about mechanics, I ask several questions, sometimes repeat my questions and I expect nothing but the best. I also contact the shop, a lot. Mario and Anthony somehow find a way to deal with me in the most professional manner and I cannot thank them enough. Prior to meeting Mario and Anthony, I had very bad experiences with mechanics, unnecessary headaches, costs/expenses, BUT, everything changed for me ever since I went to Powerlab. Even though I do not live anywhere near the shop, it is worth it to me to drive the extra miles or have my truck shipped/towed to Powerlab because I know they will take care of me and in the long run, I end up saving. When my car is with Powerlab, I am relaxed and also excited because I know once I get it back it will feel amazing. The attention to detail is beyond anything I have ever seen and I will never let anyone else ever work on my Typhoon. Everyone reading this review has had a terrible experience with a mechanic or dealership - at Powerlab, you will find a couple guys who work hard, are honest, priced fairly and are extremely knowledgeable. I see a lot of Mustangs there as well and I believe they mostly focus on domestic cars. Mario and Anthony love cars and it shows.
