My son has neurodivergent issues and was placed in Ms. Linda's class and she did amazing with him. Towards the end of him aging out of her class he was potty trained to a certain degree and we had little to no behavioral issues. When he went to Class 5 that's when things went downhill. I would view the cameras and see that the entire class looked as if there was no organization, kids running around, witnesses kids hitting/pushing each other on two occasions and even one little boy push a girl out of her seat. My son had a difficult transition and also had physical behavioral issues to where we could plainly see that the teachers had given up. His speech teacher would come and informed us of his teacher telling her of autism concerns which definitely was not her place, you come to the parent first and days I would pick him up Ms. Sherry has the worst attitude letting me know how he pushed her & said it as if she was disgusted. He also has asthma and on one day where they were supposed to give him medicine and called us because it was getting worse we found out they were administering it wrong and we're actually OVERDOSING him with albuterol (which could've been a report sent over to DFPS) I sent a lengthy email about the situation and there wasn't an investigation or follow up on the matter. Management is HORRIBLE, experienced attitude with Ms. Reyna and Ms. Joann constantly throws the issues Ms. Sabrina's way to resolve which is crazy because half the time Ms. Sabrina isn't there and isn't fully aware of the full situation. As we left the school we had a balance of $240 (we are NCI) that we overpaid and this was on April 1st. It is now April 18th and I've spoken with Texas Workforce and TX3C who both informed me that my kids aren't enrolled in their system which is the reason Joann is saying she can't refund because they're still showing up, even had TX3C bluntly say they have no idea how she's even seeing that. It quite clear they don't want to refund us back, which after all the stuff they took us through shows how money hungry, selfish and robbery this center is. At this point ive made all attempts to resolve the matter in an amicable way to no avail and they can keep the money but I will at every hand make sure to let parents and other friends know that this is not the center that it portrays to be. Nice on the outside but horrible on the inside. And beware if your dropping your kids off early 6:45-7:15am they leave about 30 kids in the classroom with one teacher (Ms. Andrea) to handle on her own. (ANOTHER ACT OF OVER RATIO VIOLATION AND COULD BE SENT TO DFPS) I felt bad for her and told her it was crazy and she gave me a look that told it all, she was overwhelmed and tired. Took my kids to the toddler restroom when I dropped them off and it was flooded, pee and poop smeared on toilets and I'm not sure how when it was early in the morning. I started taking them to use the restroom in the hallway before drop off. So parents beware, they will make excuses, extreme unprofessionalism and shady behavior. Keep watching those cameras carefully, I had the time since I WFH and saw several incidents that made me think twice. SAFE TO SAY MY KIDS ARE DOING AMAZING AT THEIR NEW SCHOOL. THE TEACHERS IMMEDIATELY SAW MY SONS BEHAVIOR AND STATED THEY WANTED TO FOCUS ON BREAKING THE BAD HABITS HE PICKED UP FROM THIS SCHOOL AND HES DOING SO GREAT! THEY WORK WITH HIM ON SPEECH, GROSS MOTOR SKILLS, GENTLE PLAY AND HES MADE SOME GOOD FRIENDS!! So with that being said the center can keep our money that we overpaid for, clearly it's stealing and you need it more smh!

Hamid's support of STEM in our community has been incredible, including donations and involvement with events for both Pearland ISD and Alvin ISD. My son has worked closely with Mr. Abdoul and Mr. Dan, and they've helped him grow tremendously in his coding and AI knowledge. He now breezes through his AP Computer Science classes and genuinely looks forward to his sessions at Smart Core Labs. Recently, my younger son expressed an interest in cybersecurity and coding, and they even crafted a custom course to keep him engaged and challenged. What stands out most is how passionate Hamid and the instructors are about what they do. The focus is truly on teaching STEM and helping students grow, not just treating families like a monthly payment. They have even offered free programs when they believed students would benefit, which really shows their heart for education and the community. They are also very flexible with class schedules and consistently offer programs when kids are out of school, which is a huge help for working parents who want a safe, enriching place for their children to be. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Smart Core Labs. I highly recommend them and wish them many, many years of continued success!

They hired people (mainly males) that made me and multiple other children feel uncomfortable, so I do believe they do not look into who their staff may really be. I was also groomed I'd prefer to not get into details but there was a much much older child who I now realized actually groomed me and my friends and was extremely inappropriate with us. Not to mention later on he was not even allowed in the restroom unsupervised because he had apparently asked multiple extremely young boys if he could suck them off.Now that me and my friends from there look back we realize that we were put in a unsafe environment. Not to mention the owners aren't exactly the best. In summary it was a good place but no longer is. I would not recommend sending your child and putting them through the same hell we went through. When I look back on the memories truth be told I am frustrated that the establishment was let go and that they allow things like what I've stated to happen. I hated that place and will never go back. P.S. You may notice there are many 5 star reviews well one thing to take notice of is that all of the good reviews are from a long time ago because as I states before this place is much different now than it was then.

We tried to be super patient and understanding until I watched this child myself hold down another child where he couldn't get up without teacher intervention. After making a last complaint and saying that we would remove our child from their care if they did not remove that child (20+ bites on different kids at this point 3-4 times for my daughter) they printed out papers showing us that this was developmental and OK to them. They would take extra precaution with the child and always have a teacher with get. We immediately removed her from that daycare. (Pic in comments) They have cameras but it turned out it was false security because it doesn't save and they don't care if your child is being hurt from another child if they consider it to be developmental. We were interested in lux but it had a wait list and even though they had cameras they don't share it with parents. Children's learning adventure in pearland was nice. I really liked all of the different rooms and things they have for the kids. It does feel like they kind of hire anyone. There were times when I walked in and the kids were climbing all over tables or hiding behind a bookshelf watching Mickey Mouse on phone. The drive also was not pleasant in the morning. We're currently enrolled at teddys ladder. She's learned a lot there but I don't agree with everything they do. I'm frustrated with the size of the classes (35/36) but didn't want to pull her out of the class this year because she's made good friends over the years. If I could back in time, I wish I would have found a school that advocated for age appropriate play, teaches age appropriate content including emotional regulation and really believes in it, and cares more about how the children feel vs how they're perceived.

Teachers & staff don't look attentive and for pandemic reasons I found it was too many kids in one class. spoke to an employee. they do not sound like fair people here. For the price of the tuition they are in need of more staff and passionate teachers, only about two classes look like they actually care about their kids. I will keep looking for more daycares around the pearland area. was recommended but don't think I will recommend.
