The process of buying your first home can be so confusing and overwhelming. Pam literally was there for me morning noon and night between texts and phone calls and I never felt alone throughout my process. These two are going to be there to support and speak up for YOU and they will guide you with their very best interest at heart. With a stressful closing Pam really made me feel so secure with what was going on. I am so thankful for the both of them and everything the helped me get through in this process!

First, they're so knowledgeable about the area and they take time to understand what you're looking for in a home. Second, they'll work around the clock to set up showings, and one of them is always available on your schedule. They will always represent your best interests. I've purchased and sold numerous homes in the past and I always felt pushed through the process by other realtors. I had to figure out what to do on my own and always ended up unhappy. Gina and Pam changed all of that...I've been guided through each step of the process and they they take care of so much for me. They're amazing realtors and wonderful, kind people. I highly recommend!

We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Isabel, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. Isabel was the first to really listen to us unlike the other realtors we came across. To which she told us "Not following up with your people is the same as filling up your bathtub without first putting the stopper in the drain." When she said that my wife looked at me and we both knew that she had the mindset and discipline to be able to deal with emotional and indecisive people like ourselves. My wife and I had been looking for a home for several months. Isabel always made time for us around OUR schedule. If it wasn't exactly when we asked, it was within half an hour and she was always already at the house and waiting for us with answers to any questions we might have. If she did not know the answer, she found it, then and there. Isabel found exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a house came on the market that matched our criteria, she made sure we knew about it immediately. She never gave up on us even when we were ready to give up on ourselves. She's honest and hands-on (even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and she really helped to take the pressure off us. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the initial meeting to the purchase and construction of our new house. I wish I could find some constructive criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We will look to Isabel when we have any future real estate needs and recommend her for anyone. We were impressed with the professionalism, her genuine interest and compassion in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. We now have a lovely home and another perk being a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow.

On the selling side, Claire provided excellent guidance on staging and small touch-ups that made a big difference. Thanks to her strategy, our home sold in less than 24 hours after hitting the MLS. On the buying side, Julia was an absolute pleasure to work with--fun to tour homes with, highly knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. She consistently looked out for our best interests, even steering us away from homes we liked when she identified potential red flags. Throughout the contract process, both Claire and Julia were incredibly communicative and made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. We are now happily settling in our new home and truly can't thank Claire and Julia enough for helping us get here. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

I know the sale happened quickly not only through her marketing efforts but from her suggestions on how to prepare my home for showings. Kendall has great decorating ideas but doesn't stop there. She helped implement all her ideas by picking out replacement products. My home was modernized at an very acceptable price simply through her suggestions. And she does all the other things you expect from a broker but don't always receive: open communication, excellent response times, super negotiation skills and great market trend analysis. I 100% recommend Kendall because I know you will receive old fashioned customer service during the short timeframe it takes her to sell your home.

And my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with her for a short SIX weeks. My husband and I came to NC (with our baby) for his business trip. After we reached out to Cindy on our second day into our trip and expressed our interest in seeing homes in and around Raleigh, she set up a number of viewings in less than 24 hours. Although we didn't see a home that we wanted while on that trip, Cindy sent us listings and photos daily until we found the one. My husband went back to NC to see that home (and many others), while Cindy generously offered to pick him up and drop him off at his hotel. After hurricane Matthew, Cindy kindly offered to visit the house for us to make sure there were no signs of damage. We quickly submitted an offer, then a counter, then entered escrow. We closed in NINE days!! And from our first trip to NC, to the day we closed escrow, it was a very painless SIX weeks!! Living in CA, corresponding with Cindy at all hours, phone calls, text messages, video calls (FaceTime), and countless emails...we have been nothing short of impressed and completely pleased with the incredible service and attention to detail that Cindy has provided us. She is very patient, kind, and seriously has made our first time home buying experience a breeze!! I can't say enough good things about her! We are SO thankful to have had her on our side through this whole process to ensure a quick and painless transition. Thank you Cindy!!

Patient with me as well (I worked with him for over a year, before we found what we wanted). Minor issue, but its all with the commission. I was often looking far from my realtor's home office, often wished they'd hand me off to more local agents, with direct knowledge on the neighborhood. Finance team SUCKS! Didnt run my numbers at all, just took them at face value, and submitted them which came back with some issues. When I tried to have them corrected, they didnt want to, forcing me to screw up my closing date and miss out on an awesome rate. For a "senior" staff member, Ive seen new hires care more. One last bit. They will try to push a home warranty on you with a company called HSA. This whole scheme is full of kickbacks, half qualified contractors, and incompetent agents to assist with issues. While it might save you some money, its probably not worth it.

My relative steered us to Amy Shair for two reasons: First, because Amy holds the prestigious CRS designation, which can only be earned after rigorous training and many years in the field. And second, because when she called, Amy answered the phone herself each time, and was very responsive to calls, texts and emails. Amy has exceeded our expectations in every way. She walked us through each step, and was never impatient if we had to ask for clarification on an issue. She thoroughly knows the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill-Triangle area. Further, she has seen the region develop during her 30 years as a realtor, so she can give insights as to the history, and help predict trends for future resales. She created a list of a dozen homes in our price range to see what our preferences were. Never did we feel pressured to decide. In fact, we signed the deal on the plane ride home! The closing of our new home and our move coincided with the beginning of the quarantine, so it presented many complications. Thanks to Christy and Lezlie, it all worked out perfectly. Christy was able to help us adapt as we were forced to close long distance, and did the walk-through for us via Facetime. She even got multiple quotes for us to handle minor repairs, coordinated handyman and cleaning services while we were unable to be in the area, and periodically checked on the house until we got there. As you know there are so many moving parts and challenges to getting a house ready to be put on the market. Christy was there for me every step of the way helping provide guidance and resources to ensure my house was in the best possible condition to sell during these hard times. My house closed March 25th, 2020 and as we are aware these are not the best times to try and sell a home. With that said her and her team were able to guide me in a way that allowed me to get full asking price within 21 days of being on the market. I am truly grateful. And if getting a house ready to be put on the market isn't hard enough closing the deal during these times is significantly harder. I was so impressed with her ability to negotiate the deal and ensure that I was able to get full asking price post due diligence period. After the inspection was completed she was able to work through each item with the buyers and maintain that the asking price was in line with the condition of the home. In addition to negotiations she provided significant guidance and support for me when closing the loop with builders, manufactures, and insurance companies to ensure the few things that needed to get done were completed allowing us to close on time. Christy's experience in this market coupled with her professionalism eased what is normally a long stressful process. Her effort and results made it an easy decision to use her and KW Lagacy to also purchase the home i am currently living as well. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about how she approaches her job and what she brings to this process. You cannot hire a better realtor for this market!!!
