I bought a house from a seller who had hired Shruti as the seller's agent. The way she handled that sale impressed me and I asked her to represent me when I became a seller a few month later. She showed me the price range of comparable homes in our area. We then decided a price that I felt comfortable with. We signed a three month contract for her to represent me. She had no problem to be my agent instead of a dual agent. She tastefully staged my house for sale. Hired a professional photographer to take some real nice pictures. I will tell you that she saved me at least $3-4k in repairs.
