Let's preface this by saying: I knew close to, if not NOTHING, about car insurance before getting in contact with Smart Age. In fact, until this last month or so, my car insurance was always "handled" by my mother. Never really had to worry about it until now. Here's our (husband and me) story/experience: We got into a car accident and our car was totaled. We opened a claim with our previous auto insurance (Mapfre) and once the totaled loss settlement arrived, husband and I bought a new car. Since we were leasing a brand new vehicle, the dealership needed an increase bodily injury policy and with my name being the policy holder. We notified our agent, but he was too busy arguing how stupid and nonsense it was to increase our policy from 50/100 to 100/300 and continued to argue that my name is under my mom's policy. He talked over us multiple times and argued that the dealership has no reason to hold my vehicle. Still, we calmly explained the situation through an email hoping he would either change our policy or open a new policy with the requested information. I was having a nervous break down because all the papers were signed, down payment was made and I just needed the new policy to drive my car out of the dealership. Two days passed and I hear nothing from our agent. Upon frustration and panicking, I was so fed up dealing with the agent of the time, I logged into Mapfre Insurance's website to contact a representative, but I stumbled upon an option to find an agent in my area. I typed in my information and Smart Age Insurance Services was my option. I called and spoke with Nader on the phone. I explained the situation and he kindly and efficiently found a quote for Travelers Auto Insurance. Nader shopped for a policy matching our needs and more so I went ahead and signed the documents to be insured by Travelers. I was so happy to have been able to drive my car out that same day. My husband and I are so relieved and grateful for his help and for getting us through our crisis. Well what can I say...These guys are the best amongst all insurance brokers that I've ever worked with. They not only provide you with a great service but they will watch over your best interests. Long story short, SMART AGE INSURANCE will save you BIG $$$$$. My son's car premium for this year went up $400.
