They were trying to charge me insanely high. Thank god I called Jean from Titan insurance who has been working with me since I first called this place back in the early 2000s. She got me a monthly price that was HALF as much as what Esurance was asking for! I was so relieved!!! Jean is their number 1 agent, she is also very pleasant to deal with! I said "oh no, sorry I didn't know i had to bring it." She goes "it's ok we have it but you only need to say YES or NO. So is it a YES or NO?" with a tone. I was stumped and said "No..." she goes, "did you bring 2 passport photos?" I said "no, I talked to someone via email and they said you guys offer passport photo services" and she goes "YOU ONLY NEED TO SAY YES OR NO". I blinked at her, confused, because I obviously said & meant no. Then she goes "So is it YES OR NO". I said "NO obviously, and you understand English, you don't need to be so rude" and grabbed the paper and walked away. I felt like complaining to her supervisor but didn't have the energy after a long work day. Hence, this review. p/s: she was extremely nice to the person before me, so I don't know if she is just picking/choosing who she's being rude to. Which made me feel singled out as a person. Ridiculous.
