When there is an issue, you must go to customer service counter with no associate there. Wait 15 minutes. Then they call for a manager who never arrives. When you show them the item with the price on the Kroger app , you are informed that it is not the price at this location. You will have to go to a different Kroger 30 minutes away. This item was on the shelf. They refused to sell it.

She was the only one working and had a line, her register quit working. She did not miss a beat. She ran to another register and started again. She was fast, efficient, polite and she was answering the store phone. That's how I know her name. She ran out of bags and grabbed more. Another employee did come up, but didn't help her. Instead she walked into the office and was hopefully calling for help. She was on a phone. Courtney needs a better employer.
