I should have gotten paid , because i did the work . Wow, you couldn't even respond back to me. Everything i told you about what happen, I stand on it. I'm a honest person. But your employees are not honest people and they run when faced with a challenge. Everyone lied to me. Even the baker the day i picked up the cake she said she doesn't decorate and you told she did . WOW , if i ever see her , i will tell her what a big liar she is . SMH. Mr. Rhodes i thought very highly of you but i lost all respect when you didn't bother to call back . It took me awhile to decide to even address this situation. I placed an order for a Michael Jackson custom cake and what i got was a plan white cake with two photos . And the pictures was not edible because my family was spitting out paper SMH ( Embarrassed couldn't even describe how i felt ) because you could see people enjoying the cake but also putting their hand inside their mouth to get the paper out . And of course you know they looked at it and was like what is this. I will say the cake did have a nice taste but i paid for this cake which was $108.00 does not equal up to what i received. No disrespect to Walmart because i believe, know im sure they could have produce better . Sometimes when you think you're going to get better because you think you went to an upper echelon bakery. But it was the total opposite by the way this cake looked. The Michael Jackson photo began to turn brown and i put water icing , i was about to resort to glue to get the picture to stick. After i stated that the cake looked plain for $108.00, the employees completely shut down and deal not want to deal with me and i was very nice to everyone in spite of everything that was going wrong. You have thought the could have been more empathetic to my concern . Nope they was looking at me like they was in fear for their life, very stand offish . When i asked questions i got half answers and mumbles. I reached out to the owner and spoke with him and the conversation was going well and we spoke and then he ghosted me . Never returned my call. Regardless of me extending your employees for forgiveness, the least you could have done was respond back to my email . But you didn't and that's your choice, but im definitely going to let others know of the treatment i received and the subpar cake i received. I don't think anyone would paid that amount for a cake like that. How are you a bakery and have no decorations or you don't have a creative mind to create a design on cake. Then you should not call yourself a baker , you should call yourself a cake assembler. Because that what you did was assembled a cake and stuck a piece of brown picture paper on my son's cake. When my son saw the cake he looked and was thanks mom, his face didn't light up like i wanted it to. Until i came to the rescue, i thank God for my sense of creativity, if not i couldn't have turn my son half smile into a YAY and big jump into my arms thanking me for the awesome job i done with the decorations . Although i extended everyone forgiveness because that's the christian thing to do, i hold no hate in heart . I pray no one has to experience what i experience, read more

We ordered a few of the Cupcake smash. The cupcake flavors were pretty good, it a bit too sweet with the ice cream and the cold seemed to stiffen the cupcake a bit. The people working there were kind and helpful. read more

Wide selection of delicious cupcakes!! Reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Smells exquisite as soon as you open the door.

AWESOME cupcakes, great services, and cute decor! Heard about this place and decided to stop in. Service: I happen to go on a rainy day but the staff was bubbly despite the weather. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and sweet. The two other staff members were nice as well, both acknowledged me and inquired about what I had ordered. The young lady even offered to help me to my car so I wouldn't drop my purchases. She also Informed me about how they make cakes for every occasions (showed me some pictures as well) and about their point system. Decor: I'm a sucker for lights and anything neon/bright. So needless to say, their decor was right up my alley. Once you step inside, they have the cutest pink tree to your right and pink chairs to your left. In regards to seating, they're about three tables. On the wall, they have a Smallcakes marquee like sign ..... LOVED IT!! Treats: Okkkkkkkk...I heard about the "smash cake" so I had to try it! I got the birthday cupcake and two scoops of ice cream (red velvet and birthday cake). It's kinda like a cupcake ice cream sandwich in a jar....if that makes sense. How did it taste you ask?!? DELICIOUS X 10. The ice cream was nice and creamy. The cupcakes was moist and decadent! I also purchased cupcakes while there. My family LOVED THEMMMMMMMM! This is the perfect place to take your family, friends, or even yourself!!! P.S. This one is located in Bryant. However, there is a location opening in the Maumelle/NLR area soon! Go treat yourself! read more

Awesome cupcakes and ice cream. The lemon gelato smash cake with lemon drop cupcake is amazing! I have yet to find a cupcake there that I do not like. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy the experience. I normally come in with 4 kids from 2-14 and they always make sure they have a great experience and give me a hand getting everything and everyone back in the car. The red velvet cupcakes are amazing and the peanut butter cups are my personal favorite- the butter cream is perfect! The kids love the ice creams and especially the samples! read more

I will never step foot in here again. They think that it is cute but they harassed me so much on buying more then I wanted so I just walked out. I went down the road to Sugar Dumplings and they were awesome. They need to take lessons from Sugar Dumplings. I will never be back to Small cakes and I will let everyone know about my experience. There is a reason that Sugar Dumplings has been voted Saline County's Best Bakery and Desserts the last 6 years in a row read more

We stopped in for dessert right as they were closing. Instead of turning us away, they welcomed us in with a warm smile and greeting. We got the Smash Cakes for everyone. These were amazing and I don't know why there would be a need to have any other options on the menu. Both the ice cream and cupcakes tasted fresh and were the perfect mix of flavor and sweet. If the two ladies working tonight are fair representation of all of their staff then this place is rocking both customer service and product. I highly recommend!!! read more

Great sweet shop! Plenty of parking, cleanly, great service, Nice presentation, delicious product. Sometimes they have puppy stuffs.

The cupcake was very good, but I had to scrape off a lot of the icing. And I love icing it's arguably one of the best parts of a cupcake, but they absolutely piled on the icing on the cupcake I had. Overall though the cake part of the cupcake was good, as well as the icing. I just didn't eat most of the icing, because there was to much. The employees are also very kind and welcoming. read more

I've had cupcakes and smashcakes from here several times (and from the Maumelle location) and I can never remember to get a picture before I dig in. The cupcakes are amazing! The chocolate cupcake is by far the best of anywhere I have ever had. These cupcakes stay fresh and moist for days after they're made. There is nothing bad on their menu! The ice cream is homemade daily and delicious as well!! Highly recommend the cookies and cream cupcake and ice cream. read more
