I rolled up, not very hungry. A love of custard driving through town after just vising the state capitol - and on my way west. What I left with wasn't just an appreciation for Little Rock, it was also a massive S-Tier custard with the single best topping I have ever had. Homemade cinnamon oatmeal cookie dough?
