I have…read morepurchased from EA for over a decade and this is my first time, I've used this location for a home delivery. My 85 year old sister was delivered spoiled fruit. I left a message with the store and email. The 2nd time I was able to speak with a nice woman without confrontation and she assured me her mgr, *ALI* would call me back. When I did not hear from him the next day. I called again for the 3rd time. When he heard my name, he immediately cut me off and was defensive and didn't let me finish my intro. He interrupted me and concluded unless I offered his driver an additional $20. for gas, he would gladly send another basket or she can come pick it up herself. I declined for three reasons. #1, my sister is 85 years old. And it was a surprise birthday gift. I wouldn't ask her to do that! And #2, I'm not spending another dime on already pricey fruit that should not have been spoiled to begin with! And #3, frankly, after the way he spoke to me over the phone, I don't trust his "fruit", because I for one do not trust him. (I dont return food to a waiter in a restaurant, if you get my drift.) I choose to take the high road and not be rude. I called the main office, they understood my circumstance in not putting my 85 year old sister out to the task and refunded me. I would say, this store needs retraining. Because this is not the reputation EA deserves.
