The auctioneer moves things along rather quickly and all the staff was friendly to us. There is a little lunch bar ran by nice people who homemade sandwiches. Yes, there are chips and candy bars, but the breakfast burrito was homemade. I didn't feel that the auction house was not over filled, and the staff helped to move your stuff out. We checked out rather quickly, and the office staff was very friendly. Just a great auction experience and you should come on down to enjoy it yourself.

Unfortunately my 7 days had already passed and I live 25 minutes away and have no desire to drive back. VERY disappointed with this. I paid about $50 and feel that they should have offered me a refund. I should not have to drive back to return an item they mislabeled. Really disappointing.

Ingress and egress was blocked for several units for several hours. Also the sale attendees couldn't get out because others parked behind them and locked them in. When we approached and asked them to have the cars moved out of the alley way we were met with a very rude response letting us know they had no regard, we called the cops. If you want to bid online, Aristocrat auctions, tacks on an extra 18%, called a "buyers premium" to your winning bid. A little expensive, but its convenient to not sit at the auction block all day waiting for an item to come up. They also charge you a 12.5% on floor premium, so it doesn't really matter. They have really good pictures of the items that are going to be auctioned off and they also have some nice catalogs of their past auctions. They are also a traditional auction house that sells antiques, art, furniture, toys, real estate, personal collections, consignments, you name it. Worth a look for sure. Their website also says that they provide free appraisals. Check for dates and details yourself. They are one of hundreds of auction companies in Colorado. If you aren't familar with auctions and how they work, my advice is: Shop around, do your homework, examine items closely (there are a lot of auction companies selling reproductions) and don't get caught up in a bidding war for something.
