I decided to log in to my account and low and behold found a message from them apologizing that the item was mis-labeled and said I could return the item within 7 days. Unfortunately my 7 days had already passed and I live 25 minutes away and have no desire to drive back. VERY disappointed with this. I paid about $50 and feel that they should have offered me a refund. I should not have to drive back to return an item they mislabeled. Really disappointing.

I sent him the card on the 22nd of August and the card sold for a substandard $2246 which I'm clearly not happy about. On the 15th of September I called Dave and left a message which got no response. On the 16th of September I called again and got no response, but left a message asking for him to please call me back. I called the office number and no answer. On the 17th I called in the morning and afternoon asking for a callback. I called the office number twice with no response. Finally Dave emailed me Back on the 17th almost a month after the card got sent in and sent me an email saying how he detests when people call his cell phone to get paid. So he cut off communication and than belittled me Bc he was doing a half million dollar auction all Bc I called asking what was going on with the money. I've noticed when the quality is poor the description is brief. Don't rely on the photos for the lots either. I was surprised when I saw the items at pick up. The auction website does state to inspect the items prior to bidding which I didn't do (live three hours away) so that is on me. However, if you are one of those far away bidders, be wary of relying on the photos. I'm using a different auction service for my future bids.

In late summer/early fall of 2021 I and my now ex-wife were in the process of selling our house. The buyer was to move in at the end of November 2021 and we had about a dozen items in the house that needed to be sold or donated to complete cleaning out the house. Our realtor referred us to Edith's company based on here experience with another client who reportedly had success with Edith. I signed a consignment contract on November 16th. This is what transpired when Edith's team came to take possession of the Items: Edith did not attend the appointment, but rather had an assistant (Gretchen) in charge. She was anything but pleasant and refused to document any of the items she was taking and refused to provide a document that listed each of the Items that was transferred to Colorado Premier Realty for consignment and supposed auction. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of each of the dozen Items. Suffice it to say that I have yet to hear back from Edith regarding the disposition of each of the items. I composed and sent Edith an e-mail inquiring on the status and included the pictures of each item on April 21, 2022, to which she has yet to reply. I have no idea what transpired with the Items and have no idea if she ever sold any of them and if she did, how much she received for them. Needless to say, I would NOT RECOMMEND using the services of Colorado Premier Realty.
