We had rented over 7 doz pads for our short move from Daphne to Foley, wanting to assure the safe pack and travel of our goods. The team that did our pack/load seemed fairly disengaged and rarely used the moving pads we rented (over 5 doz not touched). At the unload we started to see that some of the packed items had shifted (furniture/bikes), tangled items and one by one damage to items showed up. Having moved 24 times I can say this pack and outcome was not one of our bes experiences.

We worked with them through the Strengthen Alabama Homes Grant Program and have no doubt we chose the right contractor to complete our new roof. Chase came out and walked us through the current issues we were facing and then described step by step what would be next if we chose to move forward with them. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated. Once we decided to move forward with them, we were on the schedule within a week and a half and the work itself was completed in a little over one day. The team that did the installation was courteous and respectful of our home, taking care of our property as if it was theirs.
