Looking all over the valley for someone who does DTG printing. It was a long 3 day search. Ha! BUT…read moreI found these guys driving around in the area. Saw their sign and looked them up online. EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. I will be using these guys for future use and highly recommend them for DTG printing. Thank you purple elephant. Truly grateful for you guys.

While you might think this is two businesses (Open Aire Screen Printing AND Midvale Embroidery),…read morethey are one and the same. The shop is not at all visible from the road. When driving on State Street look for the Allstate Insurance building. They are hidden behind it, with parking on the North side. If you are lucky, you might spot the stray kitty who lounges by the fence! They have some clothing in stock (mostly shirts), and many examples of previous work. I dropped off a shirt to be embroidered, and they were so helpful and nice. I explained what I was picturing, and then the kind man assisting me asked several detailed questions to ensure the result would be exactly what I was expecting. A week later, I received a call that it was ready, and I was so pleased with how it turned out! The cost was very reasonable at $10. This is not a service I require very often, but I would definitely return here for any embroidery or screen printing needs.

That man was ready to take my business and did every little detail that I asked of him in less than an hour. So I guess there was good that came out of this! Thank you!

On the one hand, if you want a local company to handle things for you and you want one of the…read morebiggest little companies around in the sign and banner and display marketing biz, you've got the right folks. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.
