Looking all over the valley for someone who does DTG printing. It was a long 3 day search. Ha! BUT…read moreI found these guys driving around in the area. Saw their sign and looked them up online. EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. Right here in the Salt Lake valley, we have the unique visions of Travis Bone, whose reimaginings are focused on bands and local concerts (dating from 2005 to present-day). His band and music prints definitely reflect what must be a passion for modern folk and alt-rock: The Black Keys, Avett Brothers, The National, The 1975, Bon Iver, Head and the Heart, Chvrches, Ben Harper, The XX, Modest Mouse, and St. Vincent ... and that just scratches the surface. You'll occasionally find those rock legends like Bob Dylan, The Dave Matthews Band, Morrissey, and Elvis Costello. He definitely has a distinct style, but the range of colors and patterns make every one unique. Another bonus is that his art comes in many forms: Cut paper, screen prints, Giclée (high-quality inkjet), t-shirts, pins, wood-cut panel, and, yes, even flasks. I first came across Furturtle at Craft Lake City, and they alway seem to be at local festivals and fairs. You might even see them at next year's Bonnaroo! I'd recommend checking out his online stock ... it's quite a site to see!

Walker has literally called you off other phone numbers that were not mine or his and then you would finally answer. Its just very strange that instead of trying to make this right you decide to respond to my yelp review instead. Once again, very unprofessional. Also, the other company you referred me to doesn't even provide the service that I was looking for and that why we came back to you and I told you that over the phone. You also still have one of our original shirts we gave you to color match the new order we placed since you did the other ones a different color, so we thought we might as well try one more time. That was obviously a mistake. But what really set off your terrible service today is how you spoke to me over the phone. You're rude and can't take accountability. You told me over and over again that it would take a week and you'd call me. A week would go by and you would never call which then forces me to CALL YOU. The only thing you should be irritated about is how your follow through is horrid and that you need to work on dealing with customers a lot better. I've done nothing but communicate respectfully with you and I couldn't even get that back in return. I wasn't calling every other day, I would call when YOU TOLD ME it would be ready. And when I called, it never was. When you talk about meeting me at Office Depot to give us our items it was because you didn't have it completed in a timely manner (once again) and I needed it. So you brought it to me because you dropped the ball on that. And this "bill" you claim was unpaid for 5 months was never even sent to us. You never called or texted us once and when I searched for it in our emails it was no where to be found. You couldn't even pull it up on your end so I'm starting to think you never even sent it. We only became aware of it because we came in to place another order and when you told us that we took care of it. Don't act like we were trying not to pay you. Ha! It was like $100. Lastly, if your company cannot function in a timely manner and if you continue to not have "enough inventory" then don't even take us on as a customer or simply communicate that this will take you 3 months to get a small order done. All you've done was waste our time and then catch an attitude when you're in the wrong and then referred me to a company that doesn't even do what I needed. I hope in the future you can conduct yourself in a more honest and righteous manner. Rude, unprofessional, and a liar! The owner there (Matt) constantly lies about when he would have things done and when I would call to follow up he would always have a bad attitude and get upset that I was calling. We've made several orders with him before and he always dropped the ball and would always ignore our calls. It got so bad that we had to call off of another number and then he would answer right away not knowing it was us. This last order was literal on shirt and two beanies that we ordered the week before Thanksgiving. It is now 12.9.22 and he still hasn't gotten it done and was rude and unprofessional when I call to follow up on it today. We tried to support another local business but unfortunately bad business is BAD BUSINESS! Save yourself some time and find another business that is honest and actually know how to treat people and provide the service that they are SUPPOSED
