She took my flash drive and plugged it into the computer and said that it wasn't compatible with their computer and she couldn't help me. This is confusing because 2 weeks ago, I came in with the same flash drive and the worker made me a copy of a photo off the same flash drive with no problem. Not sure why she was so rude but I drove over to the UPS store nearby and had my photo printed off, no problem.
