I walked inside with the knowledge that I needed to be checked in and when I saw a young lady I quickly asked her that. She told me that some of the check me in and they will be right with me. I found a seat at one of the tables and sat down and waited. I looked around at other people being helped and when a gentleman came out from the back he assisted someone who is waiting and then sort of helping someone else. I still waited for my turn but I noticed other people were coming in, being checked in by another young lady, and then being tended to. I thought to myself, not again! When it was clearly evident someone who had came in after me was being helped again, I got up and questioned the young lady who had addressed me when I first entered the store. I ask her why she had me sitting awaiting to be checked in while other people were being checked in and helped. She then responded that Ethan was supposed to have checked me in. I have no idea who Ethan was I'm guessing it was a gentleman I saw however somebody else was checking people in that wasn't ethan. I simply gave her a look and then proceeded out the door. I'm so through with T-Mobile because this is ridiculous and crazy at this point.
