I consulted with Kate throughout my pregnancy and birth to achieve the kind of birth I wanted, and I am confident my experience would have looked very different without her knowledge and expertise! Kate is extremely professional. After nearly every OB appointment with the hospital system, Kate would provide me with more facts, answer the dozens of questions I usually had, and inform me of my options which ultimately helped me make the best decisions for myself and my baby. Throughout pregnancy and labor, Kate's knowledge helped me feel confident with every decision I made - she even guided my husband through parts of labor to help him understand some of the last minute details. I could not have gone through pregnancy and labor without her help and look forward to working with her again for hormone health to conceive our next baby! Thank you Kate!!!

I sent my 2 boys to Elisa's daycare. They have never been to daycare before and from the first day,…read morethey really enjoyed it. Elisa was always texting photos and updates about how they were doing throughout the days. I really liked how there was a lot of outside time (weather permitting of course), circle time for the toddlers, and various activities. My oldest was speech delayed and in just a few months, he was talking more than he ever has. Elisa and her family did a wonderful job taking care of my boys and catered to their specific needs. We were happily driving from Elk Grove to Shingle Springs for her care. When we stopped going, she even reached out asking how my boys are doing and that she missed them. Super sweet family! Strongly recommend Peaceful Doves Childcare and don't regret sending my boys here for their first daycare experience.

Our…read morefamily moved to Folsom from the San Jose area in May, which meant a brand-new routine for my wife and me and a brand-new daycare for our two boys. My oldest had grown really attached to his previous school, so I was hoping we could find a place here that felt just as safe, consistent, and welcoming. I'm grateful my wife chose Kids Inc. From Ms. Amanda in the mornings to Ms. Parker in the afternoons, we are consistently greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense that our boys are known and cared for. Ms. Su and Ms. Mahshid, along with their support staff, have made the transition smooth and reassuring. The biggest sign we chose the right place is how excited our boys are to see their teachers each day. They even ask me to share their updates when we arrive, which says a lot about the relationships being built there. Thank you to Kelli and Alex and the entire team for creating such a supportive environment. That care carries into our home, and we truly appreciate it.

This review is for Kids Inc Prairie City in Folsom…read more We are so grateful for the experience our son has had at Kids Inc. Prairie City! After moving our son mid-year into the 2-year-old class, the transition was seamless, thanks to the kindness, warmth, and professionalism of Amanda, Kim, and Parker. We appreciated how they made room and warmly welcomed him into the program. The team has done an excellent job communicating with us about our son's development. They get to know each child as an individual and tailor their care to meet each child's specific needs. Ms. Brittney is an incredibly patient and kind teacher. She is helping our son learn how to share and communicate with his friends and we are seeing how much his speech is improving under her care. One of the reasons we chose this preschool is the student/teacher ratio - the classes are never chaotic or out of control. Ms. Brittney is able to give each child the attention they need. One of our challenges is getting our son to eat well throughout the day. We requested daily snack and lunch updates and the staff remain consistent with inputing this information into the childcare app with great detail. This school provides snacks and lunch with their tuition. Game changer for busy working parents like us! We also notice how well-loved our son is by the entire staff. At every drop off and pick up, he always gets warm greetings or goodbyes from at least two different staff members, and they always greet him by name. It's clear that the staff truly knows and cares about each child. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we always pick up our son looking fresh and clean after a day of fun and learning. The activities are thoughtfully designed to help with their coordination and overall learning, and we always feel at ease when we see our son's happy face in the photo and video updates that are sent to us throughout the day. Highly recommend!

And instead of picking up the phone to resolve the matter their office resends the generic text message they've already sent. If I didn't understand the text the first time, why would resending it help? And when I kept pushing they tried to resolve the issue via text instead of calling me, as I had requested. Not everyone wants to communicate sensitive information via text message! When they finally called me the matter was resolved within the same day, after months of ineffective asynchronous messages. Similar problems with their accounting staff. Again, can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. I was told that they don't bill insurance but they could give me the forms to do it myself. After months of trying to get what I needed I gave up. I had a kid in crisis and that's where my focus needed to be. Not in trying to chase members of their staff down. Years later they called me because of a problem with one of my payments to them (so their phone does work!) and while on the phone I mentioned that I never got what I needed. From then on I received an automated bill delivered to my email. But why now? Because I was furious? It feels so gross to have to get mad to get stuff done, blech! I would never ever return here. The office staff is rigid, rude, and disorganized, if they're even present at all. Our provider was great, but I'd rather find a provider with a competent administrative staff.

**Welcome to "Strictly Business Daycare" - Where Parents' Frustrations Are Our Specialty!**…read more Are you tired of peace of mind and need more daily disruptions? Do you enjoy being pulled away from work for mysterious fevers that magically disappear the moment you arrive? Then look no further than Strictly Business Daycare! At Strictly Business Daycare, we pride ourselves on making sure your life is as difficult as possible. We know it's just daycare, but we believe in making you jump through every hoop we can think of - because, after all, it's "required by code." Need to use diaper cream or kid's ibuprofen? Better have that doctor's note ready! Want to switch to oat milk for your lactose-sensitive child? Get that prescription form signed and stamped, please! But don't worry, after you provide it, we'll either misplace it or start insinuating that you're sneaking vitamins and minerals into those bottles, sending them back home with a warning that you're violating "code" while we still give your child dairy. Because why bother with consistency when we can keep you constantly on edge? And for everything else, we'll make sure to turn it into a paperwork marathon, because we're all about "following the rules." Our receptionists are multitasking masters, constantly running between handling parent issues, bus transportation, and the occasional break to actually man the front desk. And if you need to speak with the director? Good luck! They're always "too busy" with important issues like focusing on making sure the office is seasonally decorated to perfection. Real concerns? Not so much. But hey, at least the place looks beautiful and smells like pumpkin spice in Fall, even if it's all fake - just like the care we claim to provide. But don't just take our word for it - experience firsthand how our subpar cleaning will keep little ones perpetually snotty. After all, what's childhood without a constant stream of colds? We're proud to say that in just four months, we can make even the most seasoned daycare parents wish they'd never walked through our doors. But don't worry, after those few long months, you'll be just as grateful as other parents who have finally escaped to a new daycare that actually cares about your child's well-being. It's night and day - literally. Where else can you almost lose your job and your sanity?
