They say "the only thing constant is change," but that's a lot to ask of kids under five. Our family moved to Folsom from the San Jose area in May, which meant a brand-new routine for my wife and me and a brand-new daycare for our two boys. My oldest had grown really attached to his previous school, so I was hoping we could find a place here that felt just as safe, consistent, and welcoming. I'm grateful my wife chose Kids Inc. From Ms. Amanda in the mornings to Ms. Parker in the afternoons, we are consistently greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense that our boys are known and cared for. Ms. Su and Ms. Mahshid, along with their support staff, have made the transition smooth and reassuring. The biggest sign we chose the right place is how excited our boys are to see their teachers each day. They even ask me to share their updates when we arrive, which says a lot about the relationships being built there. This review is for Kids Inc Prairie City in Folsom. We are so grateful for the experience our son has had at Kids Inc. Prairie City! After moving our son mid-year into the 2-year-old class, the transition was seamless, thanks to the kindness, warmth, and professionalism of Amanda, Kim, and Parker. We appreciated how they made room and warmly welcomed him into the program. The team has done an excellent job communicating with us about our son's development. They get to know each child as an individual and tailor their care to meet each child's specific needs. Ms. Brittney is an incredibly patient and kind teacher. She is helping our son learn how to share and communicate with his friends and we are seeing how much his speech is improving under her care. One of the reasons we chose this preschool is the student/teacher ratio - the classes are never chaotic or out of control. Ms. Brittney is able to give each child the attention they need. One of our challenges is getting our son to eat well throughout the day. We requested daily snack and lunch updates and the staff remain consistent with inputing this information into the childcare app with great detail. This school provides snacks and lunch with their tuition. Game changer for busy working parents like us! We also notice how well-loved our son is by the entire staff. At every drop off and pick up, he always gets warm greetings or goodbyes from at least two different staff members, and they always greet him by name. It's clear that the staff truly knows and cares about each child. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we always pick up our son looking fresh and clean after a day of fun and learning. The activities are thoughtfully designed to help with their coordination and overall learning, and we always feel at ease when we see our son's happy face in the photo and video updates that are sent to us throughout the day. I love Kids Inc. My daughter was at a home daycare for her first year and joined Kids Inc. when she was about 18 months. I was nervous about the transition, but she really blossomed in the more structured classroom-style environment. Somehow with all the kids there, every teacher knows her by name (as well as her lovey), they know that I'm her mom, and whoever is there at drop-off and pick-up will give me details about her day and create a warm and safe space for her. They provide food, have great hours, it's (as far as childcare goes) affordable, super clean, and they manage to still have that family feel to the place. The app they use is great so I can get updates throughout the day. Ms. Amanda and Ms. Parker and ALL the teachers are unbelievably caring, patient, and skilled at childcare. We had a great experience here bringing our son for preschool. The facility was very nice and offered my son a great opportunity to socialize and give my wife a break. Unfortunately we relocated to the sister preschool on Prarie RD due to concern about the new 5G tower they constructed right next to the daycare. read more

I love this daycare and it's staff. They are more like family to me. Miss Kelli is the kindest women there is. She loves these kids like they are her own. I recently lost my job and had to take my son out until I am able to find another job. I cried on his last day. Never in my life did I think that would happen. My son has attended both locations Palladio and prairie city. I love them both. The staff is wonderful at both places. I miss seeing them. Miss Kelli truly does this for the love of the kids and if you are lucky enough to have your child at Kids Inc, your child is blessed with some of the best people around. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. My kids attend the Prairie City Rd location. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the owner knows all of the kids and families, the facility is always bright and clean, and they have a great outdoor area. They offer the kids nutritious food, they plan lots of activities and they keep you posted if your child got a booboo or is having a rough day. It feels like a family here. My young kids have been going for 1.5 years now and they look forward to "school" every day. I love this place, as a mom of 2 I'm not going anywhere else. read more

Kids Inc. is a great place for kids. We attend Prairie City location. All teachers are kind, creative, and caring. Children learn something new and fun every day. There is a great outdoor area, and the classrooms are spacious and very well decorated. It was a lot of fun during the summer time as each day kids had a new interesting activity. During fall, all kids are also engaged and participate in various educational activities. I trust teachers and administrators, and I know that my kids are under good observation and care. My kids really liked this spot when they were young enough to go and she always had great activities for them too! Sweet lady and I would give her more stars I just felt her hours were very inconsistent and do not serve the customers or community well. We used Kids Inc for the first time last night and all three of my kids (ages 8,7, and 4) loved it. We usually have family in town that can babysit but we had to come up with something last minute and I'm so glad we found this place. They did all sorts of crafts with them and dinner was provided. My kids asked when they get to go back. It's nice to know that there is a place so close that I feel comfortable leaving my kids. read more

I haven't used their services, however, this morning when I approached an intersection I saw at least one if not two of their employees pushing a stranger's car that had broken down to safety in the rain! Tonight was my first time utilizing the drop-in daycare service for my 2 boys (2 yrs and 7 months). Everything went very smoothly. I picked him up around 9pm, my toddler was happily playing with chalk puffy balls outside getting some fresh air after a long hot summer day. His diapers were changed, his outfit was changed. My newborn was in a good mood and I am glad we have such an amazing facility and staff to care for our children so the adults can hang out. read more
