Specialties
Established in 2012, Sluggers Academy is a state of the art 23,700 square foot Baseball facility offering ample space for training. In our field house, we have nine 65x15 foot tunnels, which allow for both hitting and pitching workouts and a Little League infield for live batting practice and game simulation. All of our training space is brightly lit and outfitted with professional grade field turf. To accommodate for team practices, our facility provides versatility that allows the opening of all tunnels and infield to produce a vast 225x65ft playing area. Our large Clubhouse Room with tables, TV/DVD and a lounge, allows for private team meetings, Youth Board meetings, as well as parties and other social functions. Sluggers Academy promotes multiple sports to our youth athletes while developing physical fitness, personal development, and athletic excellence. Each athlete is encouraged to train hard, compete to their best ability, respect their competitors and above all have fun. We offer an environment that is nurturing and family oriented. Sluggers Academy staff work with children of all ages to teach the game of baseball while installing sportsmanlike attitude and values such as teamwork, honesty, fair play, and citizenship. Understanding the fundamentals of baseball is important, but just as important is the development of life skills and safety. We encourage our players to maintain proper balance between scholastic and athletic endeavors.
