I mentioned that I'd recently heard noises in my attic before he cracked the entry cover. He proceeded to climb all around the attic space and gave it all a very thorough look, including the area where the noise was coming from. In the end, he found no damage. He asked me about the age of the roof and assessed that what I was seeing were ocassional dead termites from before my roof replacement 3 yrs ago that were simply coming through the lighting fixture, likely due to the wind. He provided me with some names of other pest managements that do termite tenting if I wanted peace of mind. He inspected around the outside base of the home for subterranean termites and found nothing. He even walked around the house with me and gave me some recommendations for closing up loose soffets and small openings. The cost for his time, expert opinions, and recommendations? Nothing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and that's not common these days. I hope to not have a reason to ever call him back, but I definitely will if I need to and so should you.

He told me that I didnt need to get it tented that they would do a thorough treatment and that would take care of the problem, it didn't I still have a major termite problem only its worse now and I've called and called finally the salesperson called and said they would come by in march (3 months later) they never called or showed up and my house desperately needs to be tented! They charge me monthly I'm unsure why because they obviously dont do anything no follow up NOTHING!! so now I have to find a termite company that will tent my house as well as start a small claims suit against truly nolen. About 6 weeks ago on my last visit, a technician put a sticky insect monitor on my kitchen counter. I sent "JOE" a photo of what was in it. It contains both Palmetto bugs (roaches) and german cockroaches. This is after almost a year of treatment. I really keep my house clean and don't leave food around. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. He easily identified all our open access points on our home and came up with a decisive plan to help us get rid of our squirrel problem without harming them. Their prices were honest.
