I walkI walk by this sweet shop every once in a while, telling myself the next time I come through, I'll stop in. Well, today, I stepped in. I just wish I had more time, but the chocolates looked interesting. The associate was a bit busy but took the time to assist me with the truffles. I bought eight pieces, including peanut butter, coffee, espresso, salted caramel, and mandarin. I was shocked to pay $39.00 but paid for it, and so did my wife. I didn't think about it, but when I came home, I thought about a box of See's Candy. Nevertheless, I wanted it to be an experience. Again, it would have been nice if I had had the time to look around. What drew me into the shop was the outside appearance, and once I got in, there were loads to choose from, even chips. I think you need to come in to experience it yourself. Oh, it was cool to see that they serve ice cream!I occasionally pass by this confectionary store and tell myself that I will visit it the next time I am in the area. Today, I finally decided to enter the establishment. Unfortunately, I was limited on time, but the chocolates appeared intriguing. The sales associate was slightly occupied but still took the time to assist me in selecting truffles. I purchased eight pieces, including peanut butter, coffee, espresso, salted caramel, and mandarin flavors. I was surprised to see the total cost of $39.00 but made the purchase, as did my wife. I did not consider the price at the time, but upon returning home, I could not help but compare it to a box of See's Candy. Nonetheless, I wanted this to be a unique experience. It would have been preferable if I had more time to explore the store. The exterior appearance of the shop initially drew me in, and once inside, I discovered a wide variety of options, including chips. I believe that visiting the store in person is necessary to fully appreciate it. Additionally, I was delighted to discover that they also serve ice cream.

Whenever we go to SLO for breakfast at Louisa's Place, we have to stop by for some goodies at SLO Sweets! So many sweet treats and yummy candies to choose from! Nice staff, too!

Single packet of fun dip was $4.99

Save your money and walk down the street to the other candy store. My child and I discovered this place after participating in The bunny trail last night. We normally go to the candy store that is a half a block away but I decided to go to this one instead since they supported the local event. My child picked out for small candies and I was shocked at the register that it was over $30 especially since some of the candies she got were very small (like a single packet of fun dip but apparently cost 4.99 and a small box of boton rice candy that we normally get at the grocery store for less than a dollar a box that was $5.99) and if the other candy store we usually get a whole bag of candy for around $30. The biggest shocker was the single tube of slime licker candy apparently was $15.99. Just had a curiosity we walked down the street to the other candy store and looked and the same exact slime liquor candy was $5.99. I am all for supporting small business and local but we definitely will not be returning.

These were priced better than the rest, which I wished we saved the packaging...

Dropped in here during Farmer's Market yesterday. Grabbed a few items and left, not paying attention to prices at the time. When we got home we busted out the goodies and saw that the bag of licorice was marked $9.99, the sour strings were $8.99, and an Abazaba was $5 WTF!!!??? Skip this place and head to the dollar store where you can purchase most of this candy for a fraction of the price! Or go down a few blocks and hit the other candy store which has a much better variety and charges less as well! This store is strictly for tourists otherwise you'd have to be rich to not care about buying at these prices!

This place is so overpriced! Even a shop like rocket fizz is cheaper. A single box of candy that's $3 at CVS is up to $10 here!

It was freezing yesterday evening as we were wrapping up our day trip to the coast. I needed…read moresomething hot to sip on but also to help warm my hands. We stopped in at Kelli's and ordered a mocha. Despite their shop being filled with customers, service was quick and we were outta there in about 5 minutes. They have lots of goodies to pick from, but this was an emergency situation - we were in and out. I will definitely stop in next time and take my time to look around a bit more.

Stopped here pretty much all the time whenever we're in Morro Bay. It's always for either a tea,…read morecoffee and some sort of sweets. It is a candy store so you must have something to enjoy. They have a good selection of sweets, and a lot of flavors of salt water taffy. It's also somewhat of a gift store with little trinkets and souvenirs. The selections of truffles candies were really nice. So many to choose from as they all looked so good. Not sure if they're made on site or delivered to. Also the selections of jelly beans were impressive. Picked up one of the strawberry truffle and raspberry truffle. Both were quite nice and not overly sweet. It's a nice little shop that does offered a lot of sweet and coffee drinks. I alway forget that they have a good selection of rice crispy treats which is one of my favorite. There was a bin full of them right where you pick up your drinks.
