I dropped off 2 heads to have looked at and see if either was repairable and what a cost to repair…read morewould be.  I told them I could buy a new head for $2200 so i wanted to be no where near that for the repairs.  A week went by, I never heard anything.  I called and asked if they had a quote together, I was told parts were being washed and they would get right back to me.  Another week went by, I called and asked if they had a quote yet, they told me they were working on it and would get right back to me.  Another week goes by and i get a call that my head is repaired and my total bill is 2224.42 I do not feel this is right I was never given the quote I asked for and per chapter atcp132 Wis. admin. code administered by the bureau of consumer Protection they cannot make repairs with out giving the estimate I asked for 3 times.  Their only solution to the problem is to pay the amount due in full or pay him 295.05 and he will remove all parts and damage the head.  I feel neither is a suitable resolution.  If the head was repairable, him damaging it could make it not repairable and it will not be the complete head i took in also charging me anything is not right because i didn't authorize any repairs or costs to be incurred i have offered to pay 1300 for repairs that i did not authorize in a attempt to resolve this and get this truck on the road but he has refused. i would not recommend anyone take anything to this shop they are crooks

Because they were busy at the time, I had scheduled a time 2 weeks out with Kyle to bring in my V8 engine to be worked on. When the time came to have my engine worked on I was told by the owner that he wouldn't take my business, and all the decisions are up to him as the owner and not Kyle and the others. Based on my couple interactions with him, he is more concerned with making as much money as possible than following through on commitments and providing value to the consumer. I was inconvenienced greatly by my experience, and could have gone elsewhere in the 2 weeks I had waited in line to be serviced. I'll reiterate, the rest of the staff was great. I'm not a fan of the owner.
