SEV uses the Candela laser along with a cold air machine, which made the treatment virtually painless. The facility was clean, organized, and professional. From check-in to check-out, I spent no more than 30 minutes in the building. I was so pleased with the experience that I purchased a package for eight additional treatments. They also offer a military discount, which was an added bonus. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Friendly staff, a clean environment, efficient service, and effective technology. I started coming to Ideal Image to remove "Scary Hairs" that would not stop bothering me. The process has exceeded my expectations and I am a happy menopausal woman. I had a medical care appointment and because I asked about previous services and possible treatment...I got charged a consult fee?! My entire appointment lasted less than 15 minutes. I get that providers deserve to be paid but it may be a nice gesture to inform a patient that asking questions will result in an additional fee. Who knew a Dr (PA actually) won't answer questions unless you schedule an appointment for consult?? I get that some patients could take advantage and ask all sorts of medical questions that are unrelated but maybe you use your judgement and bill accordingly?!?!! Ok-so $100 later (and VERY few minutes!!) , I get a call from the compound pharmacy requesting a fee ($65) to make the numbing cream but a trip SEVERAL hours later to CVS where they DONT have my prescription-I had to place a call to the office to find out why my scrip isn't there almost three hours later. I'm told by this office they are still seeing patients and I need to potentially wait 24 hours or more to get my medically necessary prescription?!?!!! WHAT?? So a compound/custom pharmacy gets the scrip for an elected procedure within minutes but the medically necessary scrip ....i need to wait until they've had time?? Everything about this appointment was just bad policy. Except the medically necessary appointment and scrip needs-I did get seen for that. Hopefully in the next few days I can actually pick up my scrip!! Looking for a dermatologist-anyone have a good one??

I had another follow up appointment today, Dr Mc Daniel and Ashley were just as great!!! The entire office is exceptionally clean including the bathroom. I was placed in a large consultation/treatment room where there was a giant air purifier which was nice. Ashley was great, she was his assistant and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I felt comfortable and confident in their care which is difficult to find around here in my experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and were patient with me as I asked questions regarding various procedures. During my Sculpt and Pellefirm treatments, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and I appreciated that she eased the mood by joking about different things and distracting me. I was expecting to feel discomfort during my Pellefirm treatments but she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and asked me every few minutes, how I was feeling. The procedure took less than an hour and a hour and I had 5 "areas done" - think full legs front and back. She even asked me what kind of music I liked and played it for me. Once we were done with the procedures, she made sure to give me all the instructions or post-procedure care (there is no down time, just made sure I didn't go in a hot tub immediately after the procedure). She was very kind and considerate and wanted to know how I was feeling and what types of realistic results I should expect. I appreciated her level of concern as a patient/client and the honesty regarding my results. A week after my procedures, I feel great and already feel like my skin is tighter and my cellulite appearance is going away, and my problem areas are starting to go away - cannot wait to see my 6 week results.
