Someone then came out, handed me a laptop to complete the intake forms, and told another staff member that I was in the lobby. I heard the other staff member respond, "Okay," but after finishing the paperwork, I continued waiting for another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes past my appointment time without anyone coming to take me back or even updating me on the delay, I decided to leave without being seen. I understand that offices can run behind, but a simple acknowledgment or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as my experience was similar to what others have described. I hope the clinic improves its communication and respect for patients' time.

The staff is very knowledgeable and were patient with me as I asked questions regarding various procedures. During my Sculpt and Pellefirm treatments, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and I appreciated that she eased the mood by joking about different things and distracting me. I was expecting to feel discomfort during my Pellefirm treatments but she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and asked me every few minutes, how I was feeling. The procedure took less than an hour and a hour and I had 5 "areas done" - think full legs front and back. She even asked me what kind of music I liked and played it for me. Once we were done with the procedures, she made sure to give me all the instructions or post-procedure care (there is no down time, just made sure I didn't go in a hot tub immediately after the procedure). She was very kind and considerate and wanted to know how I was feeling and what types of realistic results I should expect. I appreciated her level of concern as a patient/client and the honesty regarding my results. A week after my procedures, I feel great and already feel like my skin is tighter and my cellulite appearance is going away, and my problem areas are starting to go away - cannot wait to see my 6 week results. To reach it, I needed to lean inside the freezer compartment. Of course I needed both hands to lift it. Butt, as I started to bring the mac 'n cheese out, I felt a sudden whoosh of cold air. My pants fell off! I dropped that mac and cheese on the floor and grabbed my pants before they hit the floor. Aimee wasn't lying when she said AcuLaser takes off inches! So that's the good news. And the bad news? My pants fell off! I was mortified! Threw that mac n cheese in the cart and scurried to the other side of the store! I love this place. Aimee is just the easiest person to talk to.
