I have been playing in the advanced level and they allow 24 people to sign up on Meetup at one given time. It tends to be a bit disorganized, however, everyone does figure it out. $10 for two hours of play is reasonable. I have also played tennis on these courts, and they are excellent. The place is well lit, very clean and modern. The staff has always been very friendly and you can reserve courts for your own group very easily. This place has been quite busy...the word is out!

There is plenty of parking and as you enter the club they have a reception area in a small area to get ready, you will find stringing machines and some racquets and clothing stuff in a small area. If you climb 4 stairs, there is an area that you can watch the courts play from there, which is cool. Then, on your right side, you have neatly maintained restrooms and also shower area. Then, as you walk down, the courts are well light, and the temperature is well maintained, too. One thing I don't like is that the courts are narrow and have the extra color after the baseline. Great coaches/trainers as I was new to this I had no idea how to work the reformer and didn't even know they had a name lol. The people are welcoming. The place is nice and they have Spin!!! A chair Pilates that I had no idea existed. I loved it so much that before my Groupon ended, I joined!!! I come from HIT classes prior and at 51, I fell in December and had an issue with my hip. I attended two group classes without incident. Before and during class, I simply asked that instructors face me when giving instructions, as I was unfamiliar with the equipment and rely on visual cues. This is a very minimal and reasonable accommodation. When I attempted to attend my third class, the owner called me and told me I was no longer welcome in group classes. I was told that the instructors were "uncomfortable," that they could not "focus on other people in class," and that excluding me was "for everyone's safety." I was then told my only option was to take private lessons at a higher cost. No other accommodations were offered. I had already demonstrated that I could participate safely and appropriately, and no safety issue had occurred. I was excluded solely because of my hearing disability and my request for basic communication access. Denying someone access to group classes and requiring them to pay more because of a disability is discriminatory and not acceptable for a business open to the public. Asking an instructor to face a participant when giving instructions does not prevent them from teaching others. I would strongly caution anyone with a disability--or anyone who expects inclusive, professional practices--to think twice before coming here.

Ruthie was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and giving me helpful insights that made a big difference. I truly felt that she cared about making this the best experience for me. Because of her professionalism and positive attitude, I made the decision right away to become a member and I couldn't be happier with that choice! The class is guided by trained coaches that time and coordinate all activities, and do their best to motivate everyone. While they provide goals and levels of exertion, it is ultimately up to each person to work as hard as they can or are comfortable doing. The studio is well laid out, and the coaches are all friendly and energetic. The other great feature about Orangetheory is that your membership allows you to go to any Orangetheory studio. Very convenient when traveling for personal stuff or business. It is important to know that some studios, especially those in big cities, may charge members from out of town a fee to attend available classes.
