The women behind the counter was the owner. she said she's had the truck for a few years and had been serving the community locally. her ideal was to open a brick and mortar shop somewhere as well. The donut holes they sell are their 'vegan bites'. they are air fried balls of dough made out of various vegan ingredients. Afterwards, they drizzle it with homemade sauces. The homemade chocolate with coconut flakes were my favorite followed by the powered sugar (dirty snow). The vegan ones are made with regular flower, while the gluten free ones are made from a sweet potato base or cassava. they also made some kind of sweet potato french fries with a mustard sauce that was pretty interesting and unique. The bites that you get are fairly pricey, but you are paying for a unique experience. vegan donuts!
