When I got the bag back to my room, it was the wrong order. I tried, multiple times, to contact the restaurant and was unable to reach anyone. I left a few voicemails too. Frustrated, I reached out directly to doordash (Who actually delivered the food) and they were unable to really help me much. They referred me back to the restaurant since that was where I ordered. I'll let you guess how that ended. I also saw a few responses from the company in other yelp reviews where they gave a guest relations email address. I attempted to send an email and it came back undeliverable. So now, I'm sitting here with a $53 loss (after delivery fee, tax, and tip) and a bag with a lukewarm, stale chicken sandwich and soggy inedible fries. Before today, I was hoping this would pop-up in my area. Now, I definitely could care less. No one should have to deal with this type of frustration over a meal delivery. Very disappointing.

We ordered a pulled pork sandwich, a pastrami sandwich and a half rack of baby back ribs. Both sandwiches were excellent, but the ribs really stole the show. They were well seasoned and so tasty, but better yet, they were extra, extra tender. We got two sauces on the side - rib juice sauce and the regular bbq sauce and I especially liked all of the herbs and seasonings in the rib juice. The ribs were some of the best I've had in this part of the country and I'm very glad we went to Chub's today.

Typically, Irish or English pub-style fish and chips are prepared with a beer batter to achieve a crispy crust, a preparation I believe I previously enjoyed at this venue. Consequently, this was a notable disappointment. Additionally, when requesting two margaritas, the waitress informed us that they do not serve margaritas. While I understand that it is an Irish pub rather than a Mexican establishment, it is a fully licensed bar and pub. We did ask her to request it from the bartender, which was produced. Although it was good, size matters; it was a 4oz drink. Not worthy of a $13.00 price tag. Regarding portion size and pricing, the fish and chips were quite expensive, especially considering the limited portion size. My recollection is that in the past, the portions were sizable enough to share, but not so much now. Lastly, my observation is that many restaurants, once renowned for excellent cuisine, have exchanged flavor and portion size for profit. Giving customers less and increasing prices threefold. This is a pub, not an elegant establishment. I felt the prices were higher with less product for your money.
