I had the red velvet cupcake ice cream and it was amazing. whole family loved it-dad got a vanilla malt- brother got a hot fudge sundae and mom got a brownie.not even to mention the brownie was SO good, gone in 5 minutes.the interior and vibes were so nice we sat and ate and it was just overall great. Such a cute new spot in Azle! Cupcakes were moist and the selection was amazing! We decided to test taste several and they all had good flavor. Our favorite by far was the strawberry, so fresh and light! The banana pudding sounded interesting and it was delicious. I really liked the chocolate cake part of the chocolate peanut butter. I could eat just the cake, yum! Fruity pebbles was very eye catching. It was good but not my favorite as the frosting was a little too sweet for my taste. Bought some to share with neighbors. I'm from Ohio and I have a gourmet cupcake shop at home. I was in the mood for a good cupcake and ran across Slice Dessert Bar right here in the town that I'm staying so I was super stoked to check it out. It's not that the cupcakes were bad, they just reminded me of any other cupcake. It wasn't the gourmet cupcake I was expecting, but that's okay because it was still delicious and still cured the craving. $5 for a cupcake seemed a bit steep but if you buy 5 of them you only pay $20. The chocolate frosting on the chocolate mousse cupcake was really thick and kinda chewy and I didn't love it. The blueberry lemon was my favorite but I wish the blueberry was throughout and not just on the bottom. read more

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday at the new Springtown location. From what I understand it all come from the Azle location they just pick it up and sell it at the Springtown store so I'm sure both store are equally good. There was a little difficulty ordering because it was a little bit of a short notice and it is a new process, However the lady was very kind and we got it all worked out and the cake was ready exactly when it was supposed to be and it was DELICIOUS!! I was nervous be we had never even tried this place and I was ordering a birthday cake just hoping it would be good. We will definitely be back. We got the Banana Pudding cake it is a must try!!! It's a decent place to pick up deserts however it's a bit on the pricy side. The owners and staff are very friendly folks.

So good! So much better than all the fancy chain cup cake places. They look like nice cupcakes but they aren't super crazy fancy looking, but that is so overshadowed by tasting way better than the fancy looking ones from other places. And not all stale and bland like a grocery store. Especially the lemon blueberry, if you're lucky enough to get it! The new chicken salad and croissant is nice. You get a good amount of chicken salad too. Somehow the birthday sprinkles do make the confetti cupcake taste even better! (Maybe the cupcakes are a little smaller than they used to to be?
