I was in the mood for a snoball late afternoon and thought I'd give this place a try. Unfortunately, when I rode by they were closed. I called and the gentleman on the other end laid the news on me that they are seasonal based on the other store models, which makes sense as the fall/cooler temps are upon us. He was very well spoken, thorough and kind. Told me that he wished they could be open but unfortunately that just wasn't the case for the business. I'll be back in February to give them a try!!!

Sugar "Free" Snowballs are NOT sugar free. My Type 1 diabetic grandson and I got 'sugar free'…read moresnowballs. Within 5 minutes his Dexcom alarmed saying he was 300 and rising very fast (two arrows up). Had he not been wearing a Dexcom he could have been in a coma before we realized what he had consumed. A few days later I went alone and bought 3 sugar free snowballs. I tested each one on a glucometer. One registered HI (over 600), the 2nd was 437, and the 3rd was 547!! That is NOT minimal sugar. I contacted the manager, and someone named Adam Aldridge emailed me back, defending their use of Sucralose and obviously pleased with their "sugar free" option. In spite of what physically happened to my grandson's blood sugar after just a few sips of their "sugar free" drink and the evidence I sent them of the results of their drinks on the glucometer they were unwilling to fix the problem. Their "sugar free" drinks are dangerous for any diabetic, and worthless for any dieter.

Especially since Each one is made to order. The kids enjoyed polar punch which is like a blue fruit punch, cotton candy (pink and blue in color), cherry and orange. They also got a kick out of the hidden gummy in their snowball ... except the gummy is frozen by the time you get to it. For kids under 7 I really recommend the smallest size. Even the 9 year olds couldn't finish regular!! Make sure you bring wipes as your hands do get sticky. Also not sure if they have restrooms bc we were looking for them and couldn't find it.
