One of the instruments used to track our ghostly friend we did win 21 S. 19 years old from the Union Army

For only $15 we got a sightseeing trip to the other world we met at 10 o'clock and walked through some of the most haunted places in Gettysburg also we took a trip to the battlefield and cemetery where we Encountered unusual activity our guide had several instruments that lit up like a Christmas tree and we did see several lights on his instruments plus he had one instrument that we did hear communication turns out we were in contact with Seth a 19-year-old from the Union Army our guide Jim was also a medium and gave us some very unusual information about Gettysburg. I highly recommend taking the store and make sure you get Jim

I had so much fun on this tour. Our guide was great, super nice and engaging. I liked the history lesson and the prospect of contacting the deceased. We used dowsing rods and an electrical meter to see if someone was around. When he used the rods to ask who the person wanted to talk to and it pointed to my boyfriend, I got goosebumps everywhere. Also I had been sick, with a cough and my chest was hurting. When we came to the park it felt as though my chest was being touched by a warm hand or a warm blanket was being wrapped around my back and shoulders. I felt that for the longest time without saying anything and that's when our guide said there was a little girl who passed from pneumonia right across the street from where we were. We had encounters with two spirits that night. The warmth lasted until I got back to our hotel room 45 minutes away. The next day I felt better and have been recoverong since. I'll take the help I received from the spirit. This was a great tour. No frills, no scare tactics, just history and good times.

Great tour! We learned some historical information while being entertained! Highly recommend the Yankee Spirits tour.

Stories seemed made up. Tour guide was very long winded. I was ready to leave the tour with boredom about 25 minutes in.

Would give it a zero if that was possible. Don't waste your time and money. Long winded and not at all scary or even interesting.

I had very few options left and adding severe weather in the forecast, I was totally stressed out as I attempted to make last minute reservations. Fortunately, everything turned for the better on the day of the event. My desired time slot became available, and the weather held up. Every staff was friendly, professional, patient and helpful. After signing the waivers and watching the instructional video, we were assigned a personal trainer and went through the indoor training course for about 30 minutes. After everyone passed the training, we were then equipped with audio receivers and ear pieces, so we can hear from our guide, Buddy, loud and clear throughout the 4.2 mile ride. I think any and all tours anywhere should be equipped with such technology. Normally I had trouble hearing in a group tour, but not today!!! Buddy was a perfect guide. He knew everyone's name; he kept everyone's attention; and he took care of everyone. We were also given bottles of water, string cheese, and candy bars. Since we were prohibited to take pictures while on the Segway, he took pictures of everyone and posted on Flickr so we can download our pictures for free. The Segway PT was a joy to ride on. Each is aptly named after a civil war horse. Mine was called "Faugh-a-Ballagh" (after a war-cry meaning "clear the way!"). The group size of 8 was just the right size. I had a blast. And I can't wait to bring my family when my son turns 14, the minimum required age. SegTours should be on everyone's bucket list, and the historic Gettysburg where you can view hundreds of monuments is one perfect place to do it!

These guides are highly trained and specialized and insanely knowledgeable- we had excellent discussion and so much in depth learning about the battlefield as we trotted along. The carriage is Victorian style and very comfortable- and ours was pulled by two gorgeous Percheron mares, Kate and Trina - sisters!! They were so beautiful and so sweet! Sarah and Bogey (sp??) were our our drivers and they were so great to the horses and very skilled at handling anything that came up. Our guide was Chris and he was just incredible- I'd be shocked if there was anything he didn't know about Gettysburg lol!! Even his ancestors were part of the battle! Not only did he provide tons of info about the ins and outs of the battle, but he also dropped fun little pearls of trivia along the way - things like how the shapes of certain monument bases have different meanings and how the "avenues" were put in for tourists lol!! The guides have to pass a rigorous learning/testing regime to even be able to do the tours so you know they know their stuff! The tour is totally fun - but also treated with the utmost respect for the gravity of the subject - so many lives lost - such a tragic and heavy piece of history. I strongly urge anyone to take a guided tour on your visit - interacting with such knowledgeable guides really helps get a better understanding of the battle and the core issues etc. The tour starts in town at the Gettysburg Heritage Center - very easy to find and plenty of parking. They pick you up in the carriage right out front and off you go! The tour lasts around 2 hours and they let you interact with the horses afterwards if you want! Can't recommend it enough!!

I believe if we had more people like him giving history tours the generations now would be more interested in learning. Well done sir! The carriage company pricing was fair, the carriage itself was beautiful, and the two ladies driving were very kind. Would definitely recommend!

There is only maybe one or two stops where you can get out and take pictures....but you get familiar with the area so you can drive back through at your leisure and take all the photos you like wherever you choose. Would I recommend this tour company? Absolutely! There are also other ways to see Gettysburg (horseback, mini motorcycle/carts)....but a bus tour I think is the best way to go!
