We went to Couch + Co after checking out their Facebook page, and we received great customer…read moreservice from Chandler and his brother. They helped us figure out the right couch to fit our space and were extremely kind. After ordering, we were told that the couch would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call that it would be delivered early! We absolutely love our Mya couch and recommend couch + co to all our friends!

I paid just under $2,000 for a sectional couch and specifically pointed out damage on the floor…read moremodel while in the store. I was assured that the couch being delivered would be a brand new piece, not the damaged floor model. When the couch was delivered, it had damage in the exact same location as the floor model I had pointed out. I was told the couch they delivered came from the Tulsa location. I was skeptical so I asked the delivery driver where he picked up the couch. He picked up the couch at the Okc location. On top of that, the couch arrived missing 8 of the 16 legs. Replacement legs were later delivered, but those were also damaged. I was told a replacement couch and legs would be ordered and delivered within three weeks. Three weeks passed with no updates and no replacement parts. Each contact was initiated by me and with each inquiry the communication consisted mostly of being told the parts were expected "any day." I was offered a floor model, which I declined since I paid for a new couch. After weeks without a proper resolution, I finally submitted a credit card dispute. Interestingly, right after that I was informed replacement parts had suddenly "arrived," which raises questions given the timing. Very disappointing experience. I generally love supporting small businesses, but this situation is a reminder to document everything, every time. I work long hours away from my family to be able to afford purchases like this, so it's incredibly frustrating and disheartening when something that should be straightforward turns into an ongoing issue that feels rooted in dishonesty.

Eclectic in its offerings, which feature everything for the home: high end furniture, lighting, rugs, bed and bath, and decor. If you're looking for a unique hostess gift or wedding present, look no further: think high-end glassware and crystal. I recently got a friend a divorce gift here, after learning her now ex- husband kept their good decanter. If you think you have to go to BC Clark to buy nice crystal, you're missing out on some fun shopping here at Urbane. I also love their selection of Hudson goods, which are reasonably priced and last forever. They also have some very fun and funky jewelry and I've given some of that as gifts. I'm not sure if the people working here are the owners or not. If they are not the owners, they're definitely amazing hires who love and care for the store as if it were there own. I've always enjoyed shopping here and I hope it thrives for a long time.

Pros: With an interesting collection of both contemporary,…read morewestern and traditional style furniture, EFG made it easy to find and pick out a piece that fit our needs. Prices were mid range and they were able to deliver the couch we wanted the same day. I liked having the store close by and not spending my afternoon driving the city looking for a couch. Mike, our salesman was helpful but not pushy. Cons: I felt like the prices were over inflated as our salesman was haggling with himself without us even having a reaction. They were a little disorganized with the final sales, and the staff acted like they didn't get along too well. Pro tip-Teamwork makes the dream work. Conclusion: I'll be back again, and I would recommend.

He was honest about his work load and how long we would need to wait for our table. We ordered during his busy season, so we waited about 7 weeks for our custom table. The wait was so worth it!!! It's like he jumped inside my head and created the piece that I wanted but couldn't possibly convey all the details about. The quality of our maple table is top-notch. It is the kind of piece that will be a family heirloom for many generations to come. We could not be more happy with our end product and choice to use Rust and Rot. We will definitely be coming back to them for many many years!

So glad we did because turns out we didn't like it and ended up falling in love with this other couch. Brandon was our guy that helped us. He was great and the process to order and pay was a breeze. Delivery for the couch was supposed to be up to 3-4 weeks but we received it a week earlier! The delivery guys were amazing and hooked up everything nicely. One of the armless chairs wasn't able to fit in our living area so we had to send one back but they made the process very easy to do so. There was a 10% restocking fee, but that's about it. The company called afterwards to make sure everything was good and to do the refund. We will definitely be getting our furniture for our bedroom from here in the future. We have had our couch for about a couple of weeks now. Watched a few movies and the whole family loves it. My husband and I have bad backs and neck and this couch is the best for that. We haven't had any issues!
