He took time to listen to us about what we were looking for and suggested starting with three different mattress brands. We spent a lot of time trying out various beds, and at the end of the day, compromised between us. I wanted something softer, my partner wanted more firm. So we settled in the middle and put in our order. Akin was very responsive and patient. He kept us in the loop about delivery and dates. When the day came, he and his assistant made the delivery, and set everything up. After sleeping on the bed few weeks, it seemed more firm than we wanted, so we gave Akin a call. He was very gracious, as always, and we agreed to test the bed for several more weeks. Ultimately, we did decide to exchange the bed and frame (which we had only seen in a catalog). Akin was great. We went back to the store and chose a bed that we thought would be better for us. Akin was wonderful and made the whole transaction seamless, and even figured out how to make a few adjustments to our order to save money. We are beyond thrilled with the bed and frame now. Akin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy sleepers. I highly recommend Mattress Barn!

Fairfield was close. We were in heaven when we walked through the door. Rick was fabulous. I have a very fragile back and my daughter has issues with hers. Rick knew right where to begin to look. I ended up buying the first mattress that he had me try and my daughter bought the second. For her it was a hard choice. We also ended up getting pillows that have been a godsend. The first night we slept on our new mattresses with our new pillows was a night from heaven. My 30 pound dog loves making the bed with me and the cat sleeps all day on my daughter's bed with his toy. We ordered new mattress protecters through your store and are thrilled with their performance. Can't say enough good things about Rick and the store. He instantly knew what to show us that would meet our needs. He is very friendly and professional at the same time (hard to find anymore). I wish I could deal with him for everything I buy. Memory foam, hybrids and traditional beds. Also with all requisite beds. Based and the options a lone, MS is by far the best option to check out beds. Our salesperson, John, provided great service. Based on what type of mattress we liked and how we sleep he gave showed us a few options. He was very through and answered all of our questions. We eventually ended up with a memory foam bed that adjusts. It's been a few weeks and I am sleeping wayyyy better. Miqul and Anya greeted us very warmly and welcoming upon entering and we let them know what we were looking for . I say my husband will be the deciding factor since he thinks I choose last time haha ... we both did. Anyway Miqul and Anya showed us several different styles and had patience as my husband played Goldilocks and the 3 bears trying out many styles for comfort and retrying them again after each new style. He always went back to the highest priced mattress with no pressure to spend that higher amount from the kind salespeople assisting us. As the process went on I suggested since my husband really likes the higher priced mattress that we should put our 2021 mattress firm purchase in our new travel trailer and place the new purchase in our bedroom. Just makes sense to really enjoy the new purchase more in our room more often and still have comfort with our previous purchase used less often in the travel trailer. It was nice to get input from both Anya and Miqul as well as patience in making a large purchase. We had such good results back in 2021 we had no reason to shop anywhere else so we definitely returned.
